Thanks To... ___________________________________________________________ ---------------------- |From Humble Beginnings| ---------------------- About two and a half years ago (I think), I went to my local GameStop to trade in some of my older Playstation and PS2 games that I didn't play anymore, and found out that at those 15+ items came to a total of a few dollars over $50 in GameStop credit. I had a huge choice to make. At the time, I had no job, and fifty dollars was something that would only be seen once or twice a year. I had a choice to make. I could wait and find some game later that I might want, or I could just spend it all in one blow that same moment I was at the cash register. I decided to spend all that game credit, on this game, EyeToy: Play, which I had seen on another game, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. I was/sorta still am a huge Harry Potter fan, and I wanted to get the most out of my magical experience by using one of the games features. Called "After School Games", this featured a number of games that could only be played through this thing called the "EyeToy". I remembered seeing that "camera thingy" on television beforeand immediately wondered if I could get it someday. I soon went out and found that I had a lot of cash through my games that I currently owned, traded it in, and bought Eyetoy: Play, just for that Harry Potter game. Stupid, right? Wrong, after I actually played the Harry Potter Eyetoy games, I was shocked to find how addictive they were and remembered that I still had another game I could play... the actual Eyetoy game disk that came with the camera, the game known as Eyetoy: Play. I played it and I fell in love with the concept. I brought it out when my friends would come over, and we would laugh at each other for how stupid we looked while we were playing. It is priceless to walk in on someone playing that and look at the person playing without looking at the game screen. It is hilarious and one of the many features that Eyetoy: Play came with. My fun was just beginning. _____________________________________________________________ ---------------------- |Something For Everyone| ---------------------- I don't know about you, but I fell in love with party games as soon as I played Crash Bash. I never even really played Mario Party, as I have never really touched anything Nintendo 64 and up in my life. Point is, I loved the idea of multiplayer. Of course, I have yet to have my PS2 get online, but the funny thing is, I really only ever, and still have, only own, like 3 party games. I can't even find any more good ones for Playstation/2; until the Eyetoy came along. It involves not a single controller, and it is great like that. No wires with the exception of your camera. It could not be any easier to set up unless you were blind. Before you even play, the game starts with a tutorial that helps you set up your Eyetoy to play with success, and shows you how to actually play, all in under 3 minutes. Anyone can play, as there are 12 games for all kinds of people. If you ever played that game at a museum where you stand on a green screen and try to block a soccer ball from going into a virtual net, that is exactly what EyeToy does. (actually, there is a soccer game on EyeToy: Play!) Let me show you why literally anyone can play this game with ease. --------- |Ages 5-10| --------- If you are a little kid, like 5-10, you probably don't like to think a lot when you play a game. You probably just like games with lots of fun gameplay, and easy controls, and good graphics. Enter "Kung Foo", "Wishi Washi", "Boxing Chump" and "Soccer Craze". ---------- |Ages 10-16| ---------- Once you become a little more self-aware of how stupid you look during gameplay during Eyetoy, you will only be more thankful for the single player mode. You begin to become either a person who is a serious gameplayer and can take on any challenge given to you, ("Mirror Time", "Ghost Eliminator", "Rocket Rumble", "Plate Spinner", "UFO Juggler") and will begin to enjoy the more complex games on Eyetoy. (all which really aren't that hard...) Also, people of this age will basically play all the other games on this disk. (especially "Kung Foo") The other type of pre-teen/teen you will be is one who loves to play those dance games. ("Beat Freak", "Disco Stars") If you like DDR at all, these will be very fun for you. "Kung Foo" is always a must. --- |16+| --- Yes, this is one of the few games you can get your entire family in on, which is almost the most hilarious aspect of this game. The games which adults would most likely play would probably be "Disco Stars", "Kung Foo", or "Wishi Washi". These are both fun to watch and to play for all ages. And the age group in between teen and some older adult will be bound to enjoy any random game on this disk. I don't really know why, but most girls tend to play "Slap Stream", but then, so do guys... I dunno, just thought I'd point that out. ________________________________________________________________ ------------- |The Game List| ------------- ________________________________________________________________ ---------- |Beat Freak| ---------- When I first started this mini-game out, I wasn't that big of a fan, that was until I got my 84 combo! (current record: 123) What you have to do is listen to the music, and have fun! No, but seriously, while doing those two things, CDs will fly out on the screen in a random order of 4 directions. If you haven't already known, there are four, colorful speakers on the game screen, each with its own amplifier. As the game starts (on easy difficulty), a single CD will fly toward one of those four speakers (i can't tell you which one! that would ruin your fun!), and what you have to do is... Wave your hand over the speaker as the CD flies over it. If you line it up right, the CD will freeze temporaily on the speaker, and you will get some points! Easy as that, move your hand over the speaker as the CD passes over it. --------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------- |Tips To Blasting Your Oppenent's Skill And Ears Out| --------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: -the closer the CD is stopped to the center of the speakers, the more points you will get. -missing a speaker entirely will not only show an annoyingly off-beat red "x" on the screen, but it will lower your style bar. ("see style bar" further below) -creating links of perfect/near perfect CD stops will earn you a combo. (see combos) --------------------------------------------------------------------- COMBOS: -if it is stopped close enough to the center, you will see a small number on the menu at the top of the screen raise from 0 to 1. This is your "combo counter", as the guidebook refers to as. Getting a CD really close or on the center on a single speaker raises that number, and will continue to raise until you either miss a speaker entirely, or you hit a speaker but it the CD was not close enough to the center. -your combo will not only be ultra fun to perform and raise to insane levels so your oppenent's are left speech-less; at the end of the game, the total amount of your combos added up really helps your score. -to figure out your score with your combos alone, just add on two zeros to your combo number. For example- if my combo counter displayed "14" as in 14 links of perfect/near perfect CD stops, all I do is take "14" hen..add two zeros! (duh) 14(0)(0) your score from your combo would be 1,400! Good Job! Imagine what 10,000 would feel like! (100 combos) -only your highest combo will go towards your combo add-on score when your points are being tallied up. -even if you have, like "55" on your combo counter, and you mess up and it is reset to zero, don't give up! you could still reach that combo again, and if you don't, the score given to a perfect CD stop (or a stop that would add one to your combo)is better then the one that would not make the combo or one that would miss entirely! ----------------------------------------------------------------------- STYLE BAR: -simply put, the style bar shames you or rewards you for your gameplay. if you miss a CD entirely, it will go down. if you stop it on time, it will go up, or if on max, stay the same. -your skill score given to you at the end of the game will award you with 0-1000 points. it is all based on how much of this meter is left on your screen. -this really can help in close-knit games for an extra boost! who doesn't want 1,000 points???!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ !!!MAJOR TIPS FOR SERVING YOUR FRIENDS LIKE THEY WERE FRIED CHICKEN!!! -one main advantage you can get is to do something that most do not do, check if your camera matches up with your body position! it can change games dramatically if you are not on the screen in the right spots!!! -try to just simply take your time to look at the screen before the game starts throwing CDs out and wave your hands around. Where were your hands in the air when one of the speakers lit up? Because if they were hard to get to the speakers and you had to really concentrate or actually try more than once to move your hand to that speaker, chances are, your camera is not in position with you. -Can you touch all four speakers with ease? If not adjust the camera! -Number 3 reason of failure is bad camera position! this can be prevented by simply doing what I just said and checking to see if your hands are in the right spot. -just try and stay in-tune with the beat! the music will always match up with the CDs in someway or another. -pick the song that you like the most!!! if you pick a bad song, then you will not be in tune with the beat and will soon be getting served as your friends are the chefs. -as with any game, make sure the room is well lit!!! -WATCH THE ORACLE'S HELP DEMO!!! Going to this typed up notepad guide to learn how to play is more difficult than actually watching the help video! it is probably best to go to this guide after you have watched the help session with the oracle. afterwards, come here and find out if there is a reason you are still having problems! -watch others! learn to play better by actually watching someone else play! unlike a normal video game, you can actually watch the "controller" and the game at the same time! note the hand movements that a skilled player at Beat Feak makes during gameplay when they begin to make their combos. -timing is everything! -^^^^well that helps! >:( ^^^^ how can you have good timing? believe it or not, even during the fast-pased rounds, the key to good timing is taking your time. What i mean is, DO NOT RUSH!! As soon as the CD gets near a speaker, do not just hit the speaker! Then, you will not get as good of a score as someone who waited just a milisecond more!! Now...We couldn't let your best friend win after all this reading, now could we? The main way to get good combos, is to wait, like just a tiny bit longer than you think you should. Wait till the CD moves towards the center of the speaker, not when it goes near it! Its a normal reaction to spaz out and hit the speaker as fast as you can, BUT DON'T!!! When the CDs start flying, it will become easier and easier to slip out and just get the CD to stop on the outside. Its times like these, when you must wait a mili-second more until the CD(s) are (both)on the near-middle of the speaker(s)! As confusing as that sounds, this is the way to win victories! -make sure you are not to close to the camera that your arms are bumping into more than 1 or 2 speakers everytime you move. This will kill when multiple doubles of opposite directions are thrown your way. -when you see two CDs on the screen moving at the same time (one going on like, the left-bottom speaker and the other going on the right-bottom speaker at the same time), look at only ONE of them, as the other one is moving at the exact same pace. Stop the CD like you normally would, only move your second arm at the same time as your first! (duh!) -when a CD hits any speaker, sometimes immediately afterwards, another CD will fly towards that same speaker. or 2 more. or 3 more...point is; I use a technique that looks really stupid, but works everytime. Hit the first CD like you normally would, but to get the next one, keep you arm completely straight so that it is near the same spot as that CD, and on the next CD movement towards you, move only your forearm while keeping your regular arm straight. You can hit lots of CDs very quickly this way. -when there are just a CD on the screen, as soon as you hit the speaker it goes towards, move your arms back to the center, it helps remarkably! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------- |Frequently Asked Questions| -------------------------- Probably the question that is asked the most for this game is, question: "I MOVED MY FREKIN' ARM TO THE SPEAKER AND I HIT IT, BUT WHY IS IT SAYING I FREKIN' MISSED IT???!!!!" answer: the camera is not set to your body, or the lighting is bad. It is not your fault, it is the cameras'. seriously. either that, or you just have REALLY bad judgement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- |Other Useless Information| ------------------------- -the host for this game is Dex -the people in the screen that dance with you are Yumi, Max-Fu and Vernon Bok. -there are lots of speakers on the screen in this game. -this is one of my favorite games on this disk -this is sort of confusing and off-beat at first, but one day, after you realize that you just need to keep your groove on, you'll be getting awesome scores. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- soon to come for "Beat Freak" (if I get around to it) names of the songs scores that must be beaten for all difficulties to get on the high score list things that might come, but might not lyrics to the songs scoring analyisis a diagram of the screen during gameplay with the labels that are given in the manual (my and whoever else submits) high score list -------------------------------------------------------------------- Got a question/comment/high score/problem/suggestion/complaint/other about Beat Freak you want to say/ask/respond/crictize/comment/add/ report/complain/other about/on/to/other? email me: I will respond, no matter how old this guide gets or when you read this [email protected] _____________________________________________________________________ -------- |Kung Foo| -------- The first game I ever played on eyetoy: play, and one of my favorites. It is definitely one of the most easy games to play and to learn. I mean, really, who wouldn't like becoming a ninja black belt with no training while killing hundreds of minions and breaking wooden boards? WHO? Well, I guess people who don't have an eyetoy wouldn't, being as that's most people's favorite game. In this game, all you do is hit everything you see on the screen you see, with the exception of the objects that are on the screen that are actually in the area you are playing. Though, after the third round on hard difficulty, you might end up destroying all furniture and lamps in the immediate proximity of your playing area. All this excitement while listening to weird ninjanized music, and add in a boss, and you got "Kung Foo"! HI YAA! Hit all the enemies on the screen before they hit you, and if you are lucky, you'll get to a bonus round! Lucky you! Break some boards, and last the full amount of time they give you without getting hit, and you'll get lots of points! --------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------- |Tips To Become A Black Belt| --------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------- General Knowledge: -You have 180 seconds to hit as many enemies on the screen as you can -Enemies will fly at you from all directions, so "keep on your toes"! -There are 6 rounds total, and a bonus round (see bonus round) after every two rounds. (1st round, 2nd round, bonus round, 3rd round, 4th round, bonus round, 5th round, 6th round) then, after the sixth round, on the medium and hard difficulty, you get to fight a boss. (see boss section) -The rounds will naturally get more difficult as the game goes along. -If you get hit three times by anything, its a game over for you. All your lives have been lost. :( ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Enemies: While there are all kinds of different enemies, it really doesn't matter how much each of them are worth, because if you get hit by any of them, you'll lose a life. I will however, describe their strategy that they use against you. I feel that exact names and colors are not that important, but you do need to know generally which enemies use which techniques. However, once you play the game, it really won't matter, the enemies will just come from a particular spot and that is all you'll need to know. I think I might have to draw a very rough diagram here... This is your battlefield (ignoring all the status bars) |-------- | \_ ____ | \_ \_ \_ | \_____\ \ /| | \ /_____ | \ \ | \_______(Upper roof, no enemies | | \| approach here) | ______/ | / | _______/ | | | | /| | | ____ / | | \ )ooo/ \ |___________(Middle Balcony) | \ )oo/___ \| | | \ __/|\o/ _]] | \ | \___/ |__/--// | ______\ | \____/ / | / | _____________/ | / | | | | | | | / | |This area over here is | | | |exactly the same design, | | /| | |just opposite of the left | | / | | |side. / | | >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> | / ____ / | | | | )ooo) \ | | >>> | \_________)000\ \ |--\ | >>>> | | \ | \ | >>>>>>>>>>> | / \| \ | >>>> | _____ ____/ \| >>> | | ------ | | / | | / |__________(Lower Balcony) | / | | / | |/ | (Ground) (Balconies) ___________________________ My wonderful arrows which I have drawn point to what the manual refers to as "Pagoda", which I am not so sure what that means, so I am just going to call each of those things that the arrows point to balconies upper, middle and lower. Alright, so on to why I spent all that time drawing that. The enemies attack in different areas on the screen. Some attack by jumping from the balconies in an effort to hit you. They just jump into the air (depending on the level of difficulty, and the round you are on) at the same speed for that round and will jump from all 4 balconies. (these are green guys) There are other enemies, that are white, and appear very, very breifly, and chuck a projectile at you. They normally appear on the middle balcony on both sides, and will shoot out for a second, them pop right back in from where they came from. They will appear repeatedly, until you have killed them. Just because they do not appear once they go back into the hole, does not mean he will go away...like all other enemies, you must smack him silly! (these are like really tiny white teddy bears) There are ninjas on some of the later rounds that sprint on the ground from either the left or right side, jump like twice, and on the second jump, come up and hit you. The annoying thing about these guys is that they come from the front of the screen, and to hit them is to deflect your concentration from the side balconies, where 75% of the enemies come from. They also move rather quickly, so take them out as soon as you see them. To take them out, you almost have to wave your hand in FRONT of your body. (these are ninjas in black clothing) There is another kind of ninja, actually, he's more of a white panda with like a cutip thingy that acts as a batton when he attacks you. He kinda jogs up slowly from either side of the ground, left or right, stays on the ground, and just tries to whack you with that cutip batton thingy. Since he is moving kind of slow, he kind of throws you off beat. (these are the white pandas) -at the end of the round, the number of enemies you hit total up to make quite a lot of points. If you get through the game to the very end, you should at least get 175, I don't think there is anyway you could get anything lower if you went through all 6 rounds. of course, i did not mention a certain special type of enemy in this game... ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Boss Part 1: There is a boss in this mini-game, and his name is the dreaded "Wonton"!!! Wonton appears 2-3 times in various rounds.(depending on your difficulty level that you chose) He rides a yellow cloud, that looks kind of like the "flying nimbus" from dragonball (if you ever saw that show) and it is pretty obvious when he enters the screen. You will all of sudden, see a guy on cloud swooop in, and you will have the opportunity to try and hit him like you would any enemy. However, if you don't he will slice you with a sword. (no blood shown) If you are lucky enough to hit him, you will get a special power, of an orange glowing body moving in slow motion. It is really cool to do, and brings out your inner ninja. It is not only a loss if you get hit by him, as you will lose a life, but if you don't hit him you will not only not get the power that makes you look really cool, but you will not get the point bonus that is given to you just for hitting him. Hitting him is sometimes the deciding move in winning and losing a game. WHY? BECAUSE YOU'LL DOUBLE POINTS EVERYTIME YOU HIT AN ENEMY!!! By simply taking a moment to wave your arm on this cloud guy, you will look cool, and for the remaining time that you are glowing orange and moving in slow motion on the screen, every enemy you hit is double the normal amount of points that you would normally get! Hitting him is essential for victory. Not only does hitting him give you that special bonus, but you get 500 points automatically every single time you hit the cloud guy! The score it totalled at the end, and that is where you boss part comes from. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Boss Part 2: If you selected medium or hard difficulty, you have the possibility ogetting through the game in its entirety. If you do, a screen will come up with that annoyiing guy on the cloud (Wonton) and he will move around sort of quickly. This is the boss stage. By hitting him, every single time you will get 500 points. It is worth 1,500 points total, and is about half or a little more of your final boss score given to you at the end of the game. He moves around and has two different techniques. The first technique is just moving around, then briefly stopping and giving you a chance to hit him. If you don't hit him, he will hit you and you will lose a life. This is the easier of the two techniques he uses. The second technique he uses, moves him towards the center of the screen, and then he splits into four seperate "Wontons". One of these will eventually hit you with a sword/wind blast and you will lose a life. The only way to prevent this, is to find the right "Wonton" and hit him before he blasts you. It is pretty tricky. I came up with a very simple strategy of my own that works every single time. Just move your arms around like crazy over any and all "Wontons" that appear on the screen. At certain times he is invulnerable, but keep hitting him. Eventually, you will hit him before he hits you. On the part where he splits into four "Wontons", just wave your arms on all four at the same time consistently. There is no way that you will miss, and it will not even allow the "Wonton" to attack you, as he will be hit! Recap: Beat the boss, by always hitting him, even when he is invulnerable. Eventually, you WILL hit him and he will die. -he has three lives, so you will have to hit him three times. -for you efforts, he will not only give you a message of his defeat, but for each time you hit him, you'll get 500 points! -GOOD LUCK! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bonus Round: This is so simple, even on hard and medium difficulty. All you do is break the boards as they pop up on the screen. -you have 10 seconds for every bonus round -the bonus round comes after every two rounds, except after round 6; no matter what difficulty. -on easy difficulty the boards will only appear on the left side, and the right side. You don't even have to hit them in the center and they will still break! -on medium and hard difficulty, they will appear not only on the left and right side, but on the lower-left corner, the upper-left corner, the lower right-corner, and the upper-right corner. On these difficulties, you can not just hit the board any where, you have to hit it in the exact center, or it will not break. If you do not hit it on the center, you will see an annoying red star/circle appear, and you will also hear an annoying bump. You will not get any points, and it will slow you down. -each board you break on any difficulty is worth 200 points. --------------------------------------------------------------------- !!!Major Tips For Smacking Your Friends Skills Upside The Head!!! -if you have a longer reaction time and can not hit the enemies as well as your little sister, if you just have bad hand eye-cordination, or even if the camera is in a bad position and your lighting is terrible, there is still an easy (sort of tiring strategy you can use) Pretend you are swimming. You have to constantly move your hands forward towards the area above your head to keep above the water, right? Well do the same thing for this game, only while you are standing up! And do it much faster! Create like a whirlwind with your arms so that they are moving in complete rotations very quickly, and every single enemy or any kind (including the boss) will be hit as long as you keep this up, and you can take breaks during the bonus rounds! Sometimes that ninja will be moving in front of you and coming head on, in this scenario, do a wax on wax off technique so that your hands are moving in front of your body and you will never get hit! -if all else fails, keeping jumping up and down, that way, if an enemy does hit your head on body and gets through your arms, you are still moving, and you will not lose a life this way, AND you will hit your enemy! -spaz out! don't worry about how idiotic you look during gameplay! -as always, make sure your camera is adjusted correctly, the lighting is good and you can easily move your arms all the way around the screen. -don't forget to have fun! it makes it easier! -WATCH THE ORACLE'S HELP VIDEO!!! It will teach you the basics! Then, after you watch that, come here to see how you can improve your strategy and skills! -this game is pretty fun and easy, just hit everything you see on the screen. It is a favorite by all, and tests your reaction skills. So... have good reflexes! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------- |Frequently Asked Questions| -------------------------- Probably the question(s) that is/are asked the most, is... question: "How the heck do you beat the boss at the end of round 6?" answer: see above. "Boss Part 2" question: "I got past round 6, now why am I not fighting the boss?" answer: you are on easy difficulty. go to medium or hard difficulty to fight the end boss. question: "Why can't I break the boards? I hit them, but they are not breaking!!!" answer: on medium and hard difficulty, you must hit them in the exact center for them to break. if you are on easy, then you have very bad judgement, cause you are not hitting the boards if they don't break, unless your camera is off. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- |Other Useless Information| ------------------------- -the host of the game is Yumi -Wonton is the name of the boss. -this is one of my favorite games. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- soon to come for "Kung Foo" i pretty much covered everything, there is nothing that else that will definitely come. things that might come, but might not. my high scores, and yours if you submit them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Got a question/comment/high score/problem/suggestion/complaint/other about Kung Foo you want to say/ask/respond/crictize/comment/add/report/complain/ other about/on/to/other? email me: i will respond, no matter how old this guide gets or when you read this [email protected] ___________________________________________________________________________ ----------- |Wishi Washi| ----------- This game was once one of my top 3 favorites in this game, only because when one first starts out playing EyeToy, they look for an easy game to play. Other than Kung Foo, this was one of the main choices, as all you have to do is wave your arms around like crazy. Who would have thought cleaning windows could be so fun? Well, this is the part where I give like, a 1-5 sentence explanation of what the game is and how you play it. But that was basically it. Your goal is to clean as many windows as you can within a time limit. To clean the windows, you just wave your arms over the soap suds. All the while, you can choose to get power-ups to add to your hard-earned score. Now, you couldn't wash windows without listening to awesome music now could you? "...When I'm Cleaning Windows! In my profession I work hard, but I'll never stop. I'll climb this lincoln ladder till I reach right to the top..." If that sounded like good lyrics, wait till you hear the music!!! :( Apart from horrible music that sounds like it was from the 20's, this game is really quite fun. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------------------------- |Tips To Perform A Successful Summer Job| --------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ General Knowledge: -you have 2 minutes to clean as many windows as possible. -wipe the soap suds with your hands -arrows point towards areas you may have missed -bird poo shows up sometimes, and is much harder to get off -power ups show up, while sometimes not very helpful, clap them to get some points or, more soap suds to clean -you need 95% of the window to move on, though, if you are quick, you can get 99% even! -i don't think it is possible to get 100% of the window clean, even if you have the whole window cleaned, i think if you do get your window cleaned to 100%, your percentage amount will just disappear until the next window. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Obstacles To Prevent Your Paycheck: This game does not have that much of a challenge, but here are some things that might get in the way. -soap suds themselves are the thing you are trying to clean off, so simply wipe your hand over them to get rid of them and move on to your next window. -occasionally, bird poo will appear, just wipe the window off like you normally would, and if it still remains, just scrub that area with a little more concentration. (normally, I find that if you constantly are waving your hands back and forth over the regular soap suds, the bird doo-doo is not a problem, as it erased just in your efforts to get rid of the soap suds. -you know, this is one of the only games where I found that I should just ignore the power-ups. Yes, they add a boost to your score, but really, they don't add more than 500 points at most, and sometimes even add more soap suds. I recommend you ignore these. See more detail below in the "Power-Ups" section. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Power Ups: -there are a variety of power-ups in this game, all which I find completely useless, but if you do want to get them... -to collect or hit a power up, clap your hands over the power up that you are aiming for. this is the first problem i have with these, as by clapping, it is time-consuming, and you could get more points if you just would have moved on to the next windoww. -by attempting to clap them, most times, the eyetoy camera will not even pick up the sound that your hands make, and you'll find yourself repeatedly clapping them until you realize that it was a waste of time, and you should have ignored them entirely. -even if you do get the power-up, not only is it not worth that much, sometimes, it adds more soap suds! what kind of bonus is that? it really is up to you if you want to do this, but i feel it is just a waste of time and prevents you from scoring more points. -so if you want to get the power ups, simply clap on them. if you don't and realize it is a waste of time and points, ignore them and they will float off the screen. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- !!!Tips For Washing Your Friend's Score Off The Windows!!! -in my opinion, ignore the power-ups -the arrows provide help and show you where the majority of soap suds are located on the screen. Use them! -move your arms in either full circles that cover the entire screen or just move you arm across the screen a few times like you would if you were washing you car's windows at a gas station. -WATCH THE ORACLE'S HELP VIDEO!!! It will show you how to play the game, and then you can come back here to improve your strategy. -make sure your camera is lined up with your body, so that you can easily move your arms around the screen. -in this game, for some reason, the lighting really has a major impact on the game. adjust it so it is okay! -i really don't know where your skill score comes from in the end. i guess just wash as many windows as you can, while always washing as much as you can of each window. -the more windows you clean, the more points you get, and the more bragging rights you'll acheive. -this is a really simple game, almost like Kung-Foo, where you try and hit everything on the screen, only in this game, you try to wipe everything on the screen. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------- |Frequently Asked Questions| -------------------------- the main question asked for every single game always has something to do withwhy you can't hit something. question: "I am wiping the soap suds, but they aren't going away! What is wrong with my game???!!!" answer: either your camera needs adjusting, or you are moving on to your next window, and you are done with that window and can not wipe it any more. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- |Other Useless Information| ------------------------- -the host for this game is Max-Fu -this game is short and sweet, so its easy! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- things to come for "Wishi Washi": nothing really, maybe some high scores things that might come but might not: lyrics for that annoying song --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Got a question/comment/high score/problem/suggestion/complaint/other about WishiWashi you want to say/ask/respond/crictize/comment/add/report/ complain/other about/on/to/other? email me: i will respond, no matter how old this guide gets or when you read this [email protected] ____________________________________________________________________________ ------------ |Soccer Craze| ------------ You know, this game was made at London Studios, so being as it SOUNDS like that's in London, it has to have some soccer in it.
