[1.] Introduction
-------------------
Hello, I am Oreno5267, this is my first time writing an FAQ after seeing
and reading many FAQs of authors, their format and writing styles, I had
became intrigued as to how they have spent time on additional changes,
organizing sections, and exploiting different games. This character FAQ
is on Kid Buu of Budokai Tenkaichi 3, whom I had played in the game, he
is a popular fighter amongst fans and veterans of Dragonball Z.
English is not my first language, you have to bear with me.

[2.] Character profile: Kid Buu

(Note:Character profile is taken from Character Reference mode of Main menu.)

Character Reference

Voice Actor - Josh Martin

Character introduction

This is Kid Buu, the original creation of the wizard Bibidi and the
purest form of Majin Buu.

Majin Buu returned to is original form after Goku and Vegeta penetrated his
body and rescued all the people he had absorbed.

This Buu is so brutal and powerful that even his creator, Bibidi, could
not control him. Upon returning this form, Buu wastes no time before
destroying the Earth.

Sensing Goku's and Vegeta's energy, Buu next appeared on the Supreme Kai's
planet, where the battle to decide the fate of the universe unfolded.

With his powers of regeneration and his ability to use Instant Transmission
there is little to stop Buu from rampaging throughout the universe. If left
unchecked, Buu will not stop until all of existence is destroyed.

Chi-Chi's Commentary
His body is small, but I hear he's strong.

[3.] Pros and cons of Kid Buu
========--------------========
When choosing a character to play with, it is always important to keep in
mind to know what that specific character is capable in every aspect before
a match begins, there is no exception that a human player may or may not know
in order to pick a character again. Now, on to Kid Buu's pros and cons.

Pros:
Fast for a little fighter
Meele - able to stack hits quickly
Has the ability to stun giants including LSSJ Broly
Long distance throw (this is really about preferences)

Cons:
No rolling hammer
Expensive and not really worthwhile Blast 1's
Really high DP point
Mystic Combination is considered a spamming move

========---------------========
[4.] Comparison of Buus
========---------------========

I decided to do a study on the different Forms of Buu, and decide which was
the best. So, being the genius that I am, I decided to see which Buu is the
BEST, and which Buu is the worst. 1-5 rating scale.

Majin Buu - 3/5 -
He is the "Middle Buu". He doesn't suck a lot, but he isn't really that great,
compared to the other Buu's of course. He's a very good character when compared
to most game characters. His melee is strong, he charges up really fast, and
Flame Shower Breath rules. However, Kamehameha should be the L2+^ move, and FSB
should be the L2+Up+^ move. Also, he's rather slow, and has a Super Explosive
Wave for an Ultimate, which isn't very good.

Evil Buu - 2/5 - Very weak melee. Same moveset as Majin Buu, but in a better
order. Still has SEW as an Ultimate. Mystic Breath isn't great, and Kaikosen
rules.

Super Buu - 1/5 - Worst. Buu. Ever. Melee is alright. Nothing to write home
about. His Blast 2's suck. Genocide Blast is only for a quick distraction, and
Chocolate Beam is very weak. Oh, and his Ultimate is a suicide. His B1's are
very good though.

Gotenks Buu - 4/5 - Extremely fast and powerful. He has the Special Beam Cannon
for only 3 Ki Bars. Galactic Donuts aren't bad either, since they're
unblockable, but I preferred Chocolate beam more. Super Kamehameha is OK.
Explosive Wave and Rebirth(gives back health) are awesome B1's.

Gohan Buu - 3/5 - He actually got weaker. And slower. Galactic Donuts were
replaced for the superior Chocolate Beam, which is harder to dodge, and does
more damage, and the Special Beam Cannon was replaced with the Super Kamehameha
which is usually better, since it can clash, and it chrges faster. For his
Ultimate, he gets the AWESOME Kamikaze Ghosts, which are super fast, and deal
substantial damage. His B1's have took a turn for the worse, though. Explosive
Wave is generally a more useful move to break out of combos with than
Afterimage and Rebirth gives back health.

Kid Buu - 5/5 - This is the cream of the crop. Not only is he the best Buu,
but he is also one of the best characters in the GAME. He's extremely fast,
powerful, and has great B2's and B1's. Mystic Combination is a great Rush
because it locks on, and shoots them in the air, from which you can quickly
apprehend them with another combo or Blast 2. Super Kamehameha is pretty
average but it gets bonus points because it's PINK! His Ultimate is very good
as well. It's extremely powerful, big, and PINK! Oh, and for his B1's, he gets
Instant Transmission, and Sleep. The Sleep is quick, and takes only about 3-5
seconds, and the Transmission is the perfect move for launching another combo,
B2, or just plain catching your opponent off guard.

Note: They are rated based on how good they are when compared to the other
versions of Buu, not overall in the game. All the Buu's (except for Super Buu
of course) are actually above average compared to most characters in the game.

[6.] Tips & Strategies
==========================
*Tips
- If you have trouble performing Mystic Combination, complete a throw then
do the command for MC.
- For best opportunity with Planet Burst, do a throw, fire some ki blasts,
do Instantaneous Transmission and proceed with your Ultimate Blast.
*Strategies
- Great Apes
They have tremendous size which makes Kid Buu disproportionate
when fighting against them, there are two things that he excels in; its small
stature and speed, both of things making the Great Apes unmatched. Rushes will
not be affective because if you do Mystic Combination your character is going
to be knocked back sustaining no damage. The only Blast 2 that is does damage
is Super Kamehameha, although it may be difficult execute it when in close
range in front of the ape. Super Kamehameha can be performed after Ground
Slash or if the ape is stunned after Heavy Finish, your best bet is to
Hyper Smash the ape downward into the ground and then fire off the Super
Kamehameha, remember not to let the enemy get back up and not miss it.
- Dabura
He can be keep-away and close fighter, usually running from the player and
trying to charge ki and when he has enough ki bars, he'll execute Evil Impulse
either close or long distance, dodge it by (left/right)+Circle just as the
move is about to hit you. Evil Flame has range priorities from close to long,
when he is initiating it far away you can do Mystic Combination but not into
the attack, try steering it left or right since that way there is a greater
chance of attack succeeding. Pummel Dabura using meele attacks and combos,
always be careful of its charged ki blasts may render and cause you to fall
down.

[8.] Red Potara Password
===============================
Red potaras are different from the ordinary potara, they will
grant enhanced power damage, ki speed rapidly rising, and health is
automatically regenerated which makes it really, really special, they
cannot be acquired by basic means like the items in the game used
to customize your fighters in 'Evolution Z'. Go to 'Data Center' from
the main menu then put the following code in 'Password Input Screen'.
Down below is the red potara password for Kid Buu.

                      *Kid Buu*
