Press R1, R2, L1, L2, R1, R2, L1, L2 at the 'Main' menu to bring up the cheat keyboard and then enter the password 'JACKPOT' (without the quotes) to unlock ALL the Bikes, Hemets, Leathers, Tracks and Events.
