How can I turn off the costand trade in gm

To turn off the trade, when your at your desk go to the laptop and click options and then click play options and scroll over to no trades and for cost do the same thing but I think you might have to get the GM Of The Year award before you can turn off cost. Rate this pleaase
I havent done it yet in this game but if it's like SvR2007 then you have to win GM of the Year before you are able to turn them off
