How do I build or obtain plans for a "lavish shower"? I built the "functional shower" but it did not complete the build shower goal.

I don't know about anyone else, but I didn't get mine until I had built the "predesigned" cabin, then I got the plans for the bungalows and comfortable furniture, and once I'd built those, then I got the plans for the lavish shower and outhouse. But it has to be one of already designed homes or it doesn't take. And be aware, they're pretty big (even the smallest one) and if you're playing alone it'll take some time and energy to get it built. So make sure you have a really good bed on hand, or a great cheat gnome!
