Question for Test Drive Unlimited
1. Where can you tune up an Aston Martin, since I have 3 and can't find a tuner.
2. Where are any paint shops because I can't find one of those either
3. I can't seem to find all the car dealers, are there any that are really hard to find.

I can only help you on the 3rd question you asked,
If you go onto the map screen and put the filter onto car dealers only you will be able to see the unfound car dealers in a shadow type icon not light up,
