Hey I just got the game and I am at 15% and I can't find a Charger in the Dodge Dealership. And my next question is I raed on the internet that you can use you winshield wipers so if you can help me that would be great I am soooo stuck?????

There is more than one dodge dealership and they both have different cars in them, just drive around until you find the others.
The dodge charger isnt available in the xbox 360 version of the game, but I believe it is on the ps2 version, unless you download the charger from marketplace
