How do I unlock the rest of the levels
I already got to decisions decisions how do I go to the other ones after that?

There is no others it may look like it but unfortunate for resident evil fans there ant it was put there because when the game was being made they decided the game would be too long with even more levels so they decided not to ovislly they forgot to take away the dark boxes that look like locked levels lol , hope I helped :-)

I don't know if there are other levels but I have seen screenshots of some levels that might be after the 5th scenerio, there is a scenerio called 'desperate times' so they should be more levels.

There are no more levels, but, On Resident evil Outbreak file 2: There are many more levels, and its almost exactly the same as REO:1, so check it out ;)

end of the road- SKIP IF FOLLOWING MY ORDER

Reason: you leave the bar and go to main st, leave there in police truck and end up at RPD, later you leave and end up at hospital, then you go into sewers and end up on raccoon st, you run into the subway and you later leave there from a hidden tunnel after the train will stop, you escape into an underground lab, when you leave, you escape into town again to find your self at the zoo, you leave there and run out of town to the forest/hospital. then you leave there and your at the university, thus ending the story. play like that. just try it

No you destroy the t virus in outbreak so why would there be more levels only in outbreak #2
