There are no cheat codes like that except for the PS2 version in which you use GameShark but I don't know how to cause I play RE 4 on PC. However if you beat the game you can unlock the Infinite Rocket Launcher and the Separate ways mini game in which if you complete you can afford the Chicago typewriter in the main game that has Infinite ammo and has 10 firepower. Plus, ashley will come in with the knight armor if you chose the special costume 2.

The way to get gunpowder for the bowgun is to go to the closet in the cabin where you and luis battle zombies check than jump out the window real quick and then shoot the merchent.
