Question for Red Dead Revolver

I need to know how to get the Coliseum on Showdown mode. My friend has it, but he doesnt rememeber how he got it. I need to get it to get the last character, Manny Quinn.

There is not a charectar named Coliseum. I don't know how to get Manny Quinn.
