Where is the blimp in Metropolis I can't find it.

Wait right next to your ship and after a while, you should see a something come out from the left side of the platform, I think.
If you are trying to find titanium bolts, keep a look out because I think there are three or four and they move slowly so you have got time to get out a weapon and shoot it.
Well the blimp is all over motropolis, but if it helps it's one of those giant baloons, sort of like an oval shape with propellers.

Right when you get out of the ship you see a big blimp....use the flux rifle for pin point acuracy.
