How do you unlock split doors and split hoods ?
Any help will be extremely appriciated...

You unlock them in the Coal Harbour WEST (remember it's the second half of Coal harbour you unlock) specialties shop along with trunk neon and audio level 3. Im pretty sure thats stage 6.

You unlock them in stage 5 when you go to the car specialties shop in coal harbour west

Hmm did you try the most obvious thing? Progress through the game levels?
If you try that you will eventually get them.
