The difference between Black Edition and the regular version is various things in the game. You get BE vinyls, extra cars in quick race, a BE challenge, documentary dvd, and comes in a fancy black outer case with the game snug inside the actual game case. That's about it. It's just a really nice version of NFSMW.

Snug means to be comfortable, in this case it fits tight/ comfortably around the original case

The black edition has more cars and races but that is about it, it's better value for money to get the normal one
