On xbox, you can find your code in the save (UDATA\4d570023\9D4E2DB21C9E).
Edit the file "Profiles and Settings" with an hexa editor.
Find your profile name.
After your name there is "00" and the next 6 caracters are your code.
This is the keymap for xbox :
A 0B
B 0C
X 0A
Y 09
L 05
R 08
White 06
Black 07
Down 01
Right 02
Left 05
Up 08

Maybe it an help for PS2 too.
