How do I get the tranq gun I don't remember it's name but it has unlimited ammo laser and it's silencer will never go off can someone please tell me?...

The gun is called the EZ gun and the only time it has infinite ammo and silencer is if you play the game on very easy or easy mode. It is not available on normal or hard modes.

I think your taking about the ezgun. You start off with it under very easy. And I think you get it in normal and hard modes by beating the game and getting a high rank. Not sure which one though, sorry. I think it may be morkar or fox, something like that.

The name of the gun is, as others said, is the EZ Gun.
ONLY IF YOU'RE ON VERY EASY MODE, you will get it once your get your backpack on the Virtuous Mission, and you start with it on Snake Eater.
On other modes (Easy+), you have to get the Markhor rank, which is gotten by obtaining all 48 plants and animals throughout the game. This includes the Flying Squirrel, Red Avadavat, Styptic, C Med, D Med, every single plant and animal in the game. The ones you get in the Virtuous mission count as well. You don't need to actually eat or use what food/medical items you get, you can dispose of them as soon as you get them.

You get it on V easy, or catch/eat all animals or plants ( eat is easier cos you can see wot you ate on the survival viewer).
It can be difficult especially catching solid/liquid/solidus snake's
