Question for LMA Manager 2006

Everytime I play the game, I can buy 4 or 5 players at the start of the first season with no problems. Then after that every club always says that they cannot afford to let their player go despite whatever club it is! Can somebody tell me why it is impossible to buy players. Am I doing something wrong or what? Please help me as this is going on into the second, third and fourth seasons! Also I cannot even get players out of contract or loan or transfer listed! This is when I go as Chelsea, a fantasy team or Hibernian.

I'm not sure... It was fairly easy for me to buy players all through the season. Make sure you're attempting to buy players within reason, so don't try buying Ronaldo with Scunthorpe!

I don't know why that is either because I put in the money cheat and tried to buy a player for 100 million I know that is stupid but it still said that the board of directors have interveined because they can't afford to let him go

Thats because you probabley got sell on clause on take it of because the game will only let you have 4 sell on clauses then you should be able to buy players
