there is not a cheat but keep on doing misions until your game completion is 17.0 percent and with that mision there you go onto second island

you could take a ambulance and go to the side of the wall and climb on top of the ambulance and jump to the other side

look do the mission that will get u up to 17.0 game completion and at the end of that u go other to second island then if you keep doing missions you get to a mission called kill phil then you can purchase bullet proof limo from sunshine motors just by the airport!!!!!!!!

Complete all rhe missions and get bulletproof buisness vehicles

You need to download the cheat device to get that but if you don't want to download it here is a link copy and paste it. Http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPXCKm56FHo&feature=related It will show you how to get a helicopter but also on the second island without doing any missions. To acivate the big car jump cheat it is: Down, Left, Up, L, are, Triangle, Circle, X.

Do all the misions until 0 -heroand even that mission after that you will have unlocked the 2nd island

Well if you want to get to the next island, why don't you just put cars drive on water ,circle, x, Down, circle, x, up, L1, L1

There are two ways to get on to the second island.
Get to the blocked gate (starfish island). Get left and a short space will come (the place where you get pcj 600)
There will be a short pole. Use the- down,left,up,L,are,triangle,circle,X- press down to jump your car after activating this cheat. ONLY CAR
Get to the side of the pole and make your way between the tree and another pole. Accelerate your car and when you reach the ledge press down...
And you will jump to the blocked road.
Keep going and reach the second island and you can find a helicopter and a jetski there.
