What happens if you kill the pool guy? Because I can't play pool anymore.

You will have to go away from the bar and then come back, he will be there again.

Well after you play a bit you can kill him...but he wont be there until about 3hours game time... So about 3 minutes in real life... Or more... But it isnt permenant
