people coming into cars
I have 2 questions. 1 how do you get the people on the side of the road to come up to you and ask you if you whant to have a good time because that happened before and don't know how to do it so please tell how you do that because I've been triing to get people in my car but nobody would come up and ask me. 2 is there a cheat to get cop cars or go karts(kart)if so please answer my question please please please.

Well first you have to have a car that is al least kinda nice. Not some smashed up peice of crap! Haha but you have to just go up to them (the hookers/prostitute) and sit there or blow the horn and they'll come over to you and you have to press right on the key pad to get them to get into the car and you have to go some where where theres no people so they can make love and thats it! Hope that helps!

The people you refering to are hookers and you have to stop next to them and when they ask you if you want a good time, press the right button and then take her in a quite place so you can have fun.

Those 'people' are Hookers and they usually will walk up to you if you have your 'cool looking car' close to them. If not then you will have to honk the horn. Usually when they come over to you it says, Get in! Click on the right button. They will get into the car and it's show time. =P Sorry to say this but there is no cheat code (That I know of) that will give you a cop car or a Go Kart.

Go to the side of the road they are on.
If you have a high enough sex appeal, they will ask you if you want to have a good time.
Just get a wanted level if you are after a cop car, and if you go to mad doggs mansion(after you unlock the mansion as your own) one will be parked somewhere inside the grounds, (cant remember where)

I don't think theres a cheat to get a cop cqar or a go cart. But theres 1 at madd dogs crib after you get his rime book back. And a cop car,there all over! So they should be easy to get!

You must have high sex appeal and be in a good car best(limo)use R2,up,L2,left,left,R1,L1,circle,right.and drive near them when they ask you press right.
If you want to mget a go Kart after a long time in the game when Madd dogs mansion becomes your safe house you will find a go kart near there front or back ,sorry,don't remember where.
And if you are looking for a police car go to a police station.
