It will roam around the city...or just use a ''rare cars'' cheat code if you are persistent

You can only find a Banshee driving around. The most likely place to find it Driving around is on the island Shoreside Vale.

You go to harwood by the gas station where 8 ball is is a place use a car to break through the glass there you will see a banshee I found it out yesterday by myself
