There is no jet pack cheat and there is a tank in a bombed out building on fort staunton but you need 100% to get it (no cheats) or use spawn rhino cheat
The tank cheat I don't know but there is NO JETPACK CHEAT IN THIS GAME.

Unfortunately there is no known Jet-Pack cheats as of this time. There is, however a tank cheat. I suggest you head over to the "Cheats" section for quick reference of such a cheat.
Im Liberty City Stories there is no jet pack. But a tank you can get by stealing one from the military when you have six stars, or win the game 100%. Hope I helped.
