To unlock a sertain item I need to complete the avenging angel's missions but I don't know how to activate them?

Once you have unlocked the avenging angel clothes put them on and when you are near an avenging angle a message will appear at the top of the screen telling you to press up to start the missions. Sometimes the message won't appear right away. P.s. They are way easier to do if you ditch the angel that folows you around after the first mission, but make sure he doesn't die.
First off you have to wear the avenging angel cloths,second you must go up to the guys in green jackets and they will ask you.Just say yes and you are in
Go to your closet and wear the avenging angels suit then search pedestrians wear the suit once your clise to one them a popup message will show on screen
