Yes I reckon it is the 2nd best GTA game and it has bonus missions like bike/car salesman or "Trash Dash" plus loads more

Yeah, it's great theres new stuff and some of the old stuff has gone like you can't swim but it's still good.
This game is a very good game. There are many cheats for it (if you are a cheater like me) but yes, this game is very good and if you don't have it already I would recomend that you get it.
This game is really good,but in vice city stories you are able to do a few more things
