I Am still stuck, I have done "No Money, Mo' Problems" mission for Donald Love and the man said he would ring when the hardware is done, then I did Toshiko Kasen missions.. Now I've finished Toshiko Kasen strand of missions there is no icons on the map for me to do any missions, but I stil havent had a call from 8-Ball with the hardware?? I have waited a while and changed my clothes..Please help

You have to wait alot of time do viglante missions by the rhino cheat to gain money while waiting.
This happened to me... I left the game idle for over 1hr and nothing!
SOLVED: I got a car (banshee), went to 8-ball's bomb shop (next to pay-n-spray on Shoreside Vale) and fitted it with a bomb, drove for like 10 seconds (actually drove around to pay-n-spray and parked the car almost in the garage but not enough for it to trigger the door shutting), got out, detonated the bomb.... INSTANTLY 8-ball called me!!!!!!!
Note: I drove around all islands for about 1hr and changed clothes and did some vehicle side missions and none of it made 8-ball call me, so I believe the bomb shop thing is the key!
