First of I drive around he 1st 2nd and 3rd island to find them and then destroy them once there all on your map

You can just hit the stalls with a car, but watch out or youll get shot

You need to try to find them all before you destroy them. There are 5 in sonton island,
2 in portland and shoreside vale. I did it with 1: 35 Left

To pass the mission what I did was get loads of rockets and quickly drive to each stall and quickly get out blow them up then drive as fast as you can to the next one and you get the idea.

1.Locate them on all three island so that you have them on your map.
2.Use the weapons cheat.
3.Shoot them with rocket launcher from a distnce.
