Yes when the blue meter is full and it says 1 press R3 in and you can transform with normal goku gohan vegeta goten trunks or anybody that can transform for ps2 if you pause and it says views skills go left and it will show your transformtions
It is done by pressing th r3(the right analog)while having power at max....this works in charecters that have multiple forms....hope I helped
