I believe you go to sindain. Go by the lake thing and theres the waterfall.

Or you can go to Yorda Valley and take a picture of 1 there.

I'm 100% sure of the 1 in sindain. 50% sure in yorda valley

There is no waterfall in sindain it's just withered jurak we need a waterfall that on the camera is a waterfall same goes for yordas valley

The waterfall is found at the Exit of Palm Brinks dungeon (Underground): Go outside to the stairway that leads to the railroad bridge and look up. Take a picture of the water falling from those huge faucets.
