When the enemy is asleep or out cold pull out your knife and slice and dice.To do this equip your knife,enter first person view and face the fallen enemy then stab him repeatedly until the stars or z's have gone.

Note: DO NOT do this on ocelot when you face him at the abondoned factory, you will get game over.
