Easy money anywhere
To get easy money do the rhino cheat (0,0,L1,0,0,0,L1,L2,R1,triangle, 0,triangle) then press R3 when in rhino and you will enter the vigillant missions which will get you about 5,000 dollars or even more if you keep doing the levels (you only have to blow up cars its easy)
