this is the oddest thing I stumbbled upon.When Tenpeny,Hernandez, and pulauski frame you, wait until the car stops at the rail road then enter:

Left right L1 L2 R1 R2 up down left right

Then enter it again when you cross the railroad and let the clip go through it will say that you were wasted.You will go to the hospital and if you did it right you will be able to go into the buildings that you normaly couldnt!You can even go into the air port through the front gate, but after you save the first time it will be locked again.ENJOY!!!!!
