Here are 2 cheats I found...

Fast and Rare Cars appear very commonly: Up, L1, R1, Up, Right, Up, X, L2, X, L1. (enter again when you want to turn it off)

Get Jetpack (good for if you are getting chased by police): Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right.

After you enter the cheat you will see that it will say "Cheat Activated" (or somthing like that)
