This is how to get the best gun EVER! First, kill yourself. You'll be in front of the hospital. Then, enter the jetpack cheat(<, >, L1, L2, R1, R2, UP, DOWN, <, >). Now fly up onto a building with an antennae on top that has three blinking lights on it. By the antennae is... THE BEST GUN EVER! ( I would use the cheat so the police don't come after you before using the gun!)

PS: You have to hold R1 and aim to shoot it.
