Visit area 69 before or after the mission BLACK PROJECT!

First: Aquire a large size vehicle. (Dozer, Dumper, Dune, Flatbed, Roadtrain, Barracks, FBI Truck, S.W.A.T. Or Rhino.) All of these vehicles will work. Visit Big Smokes crack fortress used in the last mission "END OF THE LINE".

If you are a person who has not completed GRAND THEFT AUTO San Andreas, Smokes Crack fortress is located in east Los Santos. It is a large building with a oddly colourd green wall.

Second: Take your newly aquired vehicle there and destroy the lighter green part of the wall. Third: Go to your safe house and save it. (If you feel it is necessary to do so.) Fourth: Aquire a helicopter or the Jetpack.

The Jetpack works best for this but if you do not have access to it yet use the Sparrow, Sea Sparrow, News Chopper or the Maverick. Fly through the hole in the wall and immediatle decend until you can see everything above you. Go to where area 69 is.

If you start to stray from the path to area 69 use your map to guide you. Again if you do not know where area 69 is use your map provided with the disk. Area 69 is the no fly zone on your map. When you reach area 69 you will see the underground labs and police in them.

You will also see the Jetpack there. You can also explore San Andreas from below.
