Go to a members world - the busier the better.

Buy a rune scimitar for 20k.

Go to a non member world (world 1 is good) or a busy non member world.

Sell it for 25k-30k

Keep doing this.

Rune scimitars are easy to buy and sell so you wont have a problem selling them.
