If you have all the treasures from each Cloister of Trials then you can get Seymours aeon Anima all you have to is when your on the airship go to the cordinates X:14 Y:60 to go to the Baaj temple.

Go to the end and dive in the water head for the gate(the green dot on the map)you'll have to fight the fiend from the beginning, before you fight equip stone wards on Tidus, Wakka and Rikku.

Then equip them with piercing, then just keep attacking and use Wakka's overdrive(thunder) which will inflict 9999 damage on it then use Rikku and Tidus's overdrive.
