As the old saying goes "don’t fix it if it ain’t broken" Acclaim probably thought it was "don’t fix it if it is broken." The game hasn’t improved much. The response time from a player when you hit a button to when he actually does it is a whole second. This is very frustrating and annoying especially in defence.

The game was rushed and there were many mistakes. Hire it out b4 u get it.
This cheat only works 4 homer.First you go to options,then hold L1 and R1.
After that you press Tri Tri xx.and it will turbo him.
Also it will put targets on the buildings and cars.
