Unlock Extra Levels:

Move up again in the 'Level Select' screen when you have completed ALL the levels including the top set and you will unlock a row that does not display on the screen.

Destroy Vehicles:

To destroy the vehicle currently being controlled during gameplay hold Square + X + Circle + Triangle. To destroy a vehicle in the current row hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 at the 'Vehicle' selection screen.
