I can't beat lost number does anybody have any tips!?

Lost number was a tough battle. You might not want to fight him when you first enter niblem but after you get cid and the highwind. Just attack him woth your strongest spells, summons, limit breaks, and attacks. When you take out about half of lost numbers HP he will change form. Depending on how you batttled he will do one of two things. If you mostly used magic his physicle side will die and you will battle just his magic side. Use physicle attacks with the magic side.......I reccomend using physicle attacks to start with so after you destroy his magic side you can easily defeet his physicle side using summons and other high demaging materia. GO ALL OUT WITH YOUR STRONGEST CHARACTERS, LIMIT BREAKS, SUMMONS, AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DECENTLY HIGH LEVEL.

Use big guard and white wind enemy skills. Aeris' limit break level 3 , "planet protector" is a big help too.

I find it easy just to cast a storm of spells and have aeris keep healing, seal evil works for a short time which is most helpful when he changes forms, the physical form is a bit difficult I found if you're still low lv but I did it when I first enterd the city and I just had him change to magic form which is still kinda difficult but not as bad as the other one

Attack him with physical attacks first then use sommons and magic on his physical state I was around lvl 35 or up when I beat him I think he is level 35 also.
