How do i get access to the Water Dragon?

Once you get access to your home world go to the docks in arni village and talk to the sleeping oldman. You'll have to pay a fee of a hundred coins. Then the you will travel down to water dragon isle. But beware you will have to have to fight the dwarves again if you have not fought them already. Right before you get to the water dragon you will have to fight a hi-ho tank and it's very formidable, so watch out.
Go to the man sitting beside his boat fishing at the pier in arni village and he will tell you it is for 100G and he will let you go.
You should fight a dwarf there so be careful.
