Unlock Level Select

Complete a game with a score that can be accepted at the 'High Score' screen and enter the name 'TWIRLY!' without the quotes. Then press 'Start' to return to the Main menu and use the gold icon in the middle of the screen to view the 'Level Select' menu. A sub-stage within any level can be selected.
