MLB 2003 Cheats and Tips

Unlock Super Players

Enter the following names at the 'Player Creation' screen to unlock the corresonding player.

Scott Murray:

At the 'Player Creation' screen enter the player name 'Scott Murray' (without the quotes) and he'll be able to hit 606 ft. Homeruns.

Kelly Flock:

At the 'Player Creation' screen enter the player name 'Kelly Flock' (without the quotes) and everytime you hit the ball with power he will hit a Homerun.

Easier Hits:

Hold Down and swing at the ball When your opponent pitches and 90% of the time you will get on base safely.

Throw Better Curve Ball:

When throwing the ball hold Triangle and the ball will drop further.

Throw Harder Ball:

When throwing the ball hold X the whole time.

Perfect Catcher:

When you have entered a name for a catcher set his Fielding, Run, Power and Batting average to 99 and leave everything else at 40.

It's not for MLB 2002, it's for 2003. First, play by yourself and the batter guess a fast ball.

Let the pitcher throw a fastball, switch to power, and hit it. The announcer might say for example:"That's hit deep.

"Than it has to have a homerun screen or not. When it's going to be a homerun, use the directional buttons and circle to let you boost a little.

When you reach the end, press triangle and you might rob a homerun from a homerun screen. Try it!

I tried it and at the homerun screen the box on the bootom said,"OUT."

When you have no or one out and you catch a fly ball throw it to second base(if the ball hits the ground it will not work).

Another player will come over. Move a little away from the base. When you are of the base enough you press triangle to throw to second base.

The ball might go to the pitcher if so try and catch it. If you ctch it it will say out at the bottom of the screen.

If that was only the second out than you can do that again to get your third out.
