Backseat Manager You just sit back whilst your Assistant Manager takes control of the team (he's good as well).

If in the middle of a match, one of your best players get sent off, you can keep him on the pitch. What you do is:-

-Press X before he runs off the pitch

-Swap him for a player in you 1st 11 that you dont mind coming off

-Then that player will come off and your good player will stay on and play the rest of the match.

The good player will still have the Red card given to him and recieve then 3 match ban. But all goals he scores in that game will still be accredited to him.
