Unlock 10 Lives, ALL Weapons and Level Select:

Unlock Invincibility:

During gameplay press Square, Triangle, Circle, Square, Square, Triangle, Circle, Circle, Square, Triangle, Square, X.

Unlock Ace and Insane Settings:

During gameplay press Triangle, Square, Square, Triangle, Circle, Circle, Square, Square, Triangle, Circle, Square, Square and then quit the current game and start a new game and they will then be available to select.
