It's kind of a pain in the butt, but if you hold down both the left and the right mouse buttons at the same time, yoy can rotate items. |

I usually build my exhibits one tile's width away from the visitor items. For animals that needs absolute privacy, I used two tiles' width. Hope this helps. |

You do the same as raising the land only you hold down the SHIFT key as you use your mouse. That will lower the land. |

Double click on the train station, then click on the wee train symbol in the bottom right of that window. Check that the train station is "open" (double doors symbol on the right. Also perhaps charging too much? |
