I am a bit busy with my studies so i wont be checking my mails everyday. ====================================================================== (5) About Super TextTwist........................................About ====================================================================== Super TextTwist is the second installation of the first game called "TextTwist". It has improved alot than the last game which i find very entertaining and of course, useful. The game has now a new mode which is called the Puzzle Mode ( Untimed Mode ). The players are given an unlimited time to solve for the longest word. I will explain all of it into the next following sections. ====================================================================== (6) Games Modes..................................................Modes ====================================================================== There are two (2) game modes on this game. These are the Action Mode ( Timed Mode ) and the Puzzle Mode ( Untimed Mode ) : Action Mode ( Timed Mode ) - This is most likely the same as the first game if you played the first one called "TextTwist". You are given a moderate time limit to solve for the longest word of the level. When time runs out, you fail the level but save your score ( if you gladly made it to the high scores ) Puzzle Mode ( Untimed Mode ) - This is just the opposite of the Action Mode. You are given an "unlimited" time limit to solve for the longest word of the level compared to Action Mode which has a time limit to solve the longest word. ====================================================================== (7) Instructions..............................................Instruct ====================================================================== OBJECT - From words from the letters provided. Find at least one word that uses all the letters to continue playing. Find all of the words for bonus points! _____________________________________________________________________ ( HOW TO PLAY _____ |- Click on the balls to from words, then press the |ENTER| button. If | the word is in the TextTwist dictionary, it will appear as a _____ | dictionary icon on the left-hand side of the game. Use the |TWIST| | button when you get stuck to help you see other words. (_____________________________________________________________________ You may also use the keyboard to enter words: SPACEBAR - Twists letters ENTER - Enter the word or repeat last word BACKSPACE - Remove last letter TAB - Clear all letters ESC - Switches to windowed mode when in full screen ====================================================================== (8) Options........................................................Opt ====================================================================== Options *Note*: that all the settings you made here will affect the current game example like the volume toning. ====================================================================== (8A) Letter Words...............................................Letter ====================================================================== *Note*: Also, for the "Use 6 LETTER WORDS", they will be in effect after you complete the current level you are still in. What i mean is, the effect you change here will be in effect for the next level. (o) = indicates the number of letter words in a level ( example: you pick "Use 6 LETTER WORDS", it will have that circle thing (o) ) USE 6 LETTER WORDS (o) USE 6 AND 7 LETTER WORDS (o) USE 7 LETTER WORDS The second option is default when you just bought the game. It will change if you change it to the other 2 options. ====================================================================== (8B) Volume Toning..............................................Volume ====================================================================== |_VOLUME_____________________________________________________________| | _________________________________________________________________ | | (______________________________(O)________________________________)| | | |____________________________________________________________________| The (O) on the center is the default volume tone when you just bought the game. You can change it by dragging the ball to adjust the volume of the game. ====================================================================== (8C) Full-Screen..................................................Full ====================================================================== ____ |\ /| | \/ | FULL SCREEN | /\ | |/ \| |____| *Note*: If you see an X-Mark on that box, it means that you are in "Full-Screen" Mode. Un-check the box to return to "Windowed Mode" which is the default screen when you bought the game. ====================================================================== (8D) High-Scores................................................Scores ====================================================================== SHOW HIGH SCORES *Note*: This just displays high scores you made on the computer you used to set these high scores with. Scroll the high scores to ACTION MODE to PUZZLE MODE by clicking their name. ____________________________________________________________________ | HIGH SCORES | | ACTION MODE | | | | Player Level Score | | (Player Name) (Level you lost) (Score for the whole level) | | | | CLEAR SCORES CLOSE | |____________________________________________________________________| Let us break it down : Player (Player Name) - This is where you set your player name that will appear in the High Scores tab. Note that you can use the same name just as long as you qualified for the high score. Level (Level you lost) - The leve wherein you lost. Simple as that.
