Main Content =============================================================================== ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A. Channels [CHN] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The chart below will guide you on the informations about the channels like the channel name, level limit, users or users online, and the total amount users can join. All of these will be explained below. _______________________________________________________________________ | Channel Name | Level Limit | Users Online | Total | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Free Channel | None | 200 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Free Channel | None | 200 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Free Channel | None | 200 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Entry-Level Channel | 1 - 5 | 100 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Entry-Level Channel | 1 - 5 | 100 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Beginner Channel | 6 - 10 | 120 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Beginner Channel | 6 - 10 | 120 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Veteran Channel | 11 - 20 | 145 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Veteran Channel | 11 - 20 | 145 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Expert Channel | 21 - 99 | 170 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Expert Channel | 21 - 99 | 170 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Elite Channel | 21 - 99 | 110 | 200 | |---------------------|------------------|------------------|-----------| | Elite Channel | 21 - 99 | 110 | 200 | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Please be reminded that the numbers that I put in the "Users Online" chart are all examples. If you notice, Free Channels (3) are all filled up with users making the channel full. So that means that you can't join nor enter that channel unless it drops down to 199 or below. The next hints will all be explained just after this section. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- B. Tips [TIP] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As I said earlier, the other hints will be explained here. ++++++++++++++ - Channel Name ++++++++++++++ - Channel Names tells you the name of the channel. You will have a clue on how they named their channels. Observe the chart at the channels section. The names are ranked up according to the level limit. So for beginners, you start with Entry-Level Channel. You're level has to be at least within the range 1 - 5 in order to enter this channel. When you become level 6, you can't enter Entry-Level Channel unless you level downed yourself. Normally, it is possible for you to level down if you keep losing EXP during games. +++++++++++++ - Level Limit +++++++++++++ - Level Limit is simply defined as your level in the game. Level Limit is how you determine your level gap between users. In GunZ, this applies in order to prevent users from facing players with higher levels. Now, to determine your level, you can look at it on your lower left screen of your monitor. Below is a diagram to guide you on finding your level. Example : Server1 > Lobby > Expert Channel 1 (Level 21 over) Room 001 Room 002 Room 003 Room 004 Room 005 Room 006 Join Create Play Now! |--------|----------|-------| Name : ??? | | | Lobby | Friends | Clan | | | |--------|----------|-------| Clan : ??? | | Level : ?? Lv | | EXP : ?? % | Message Box | Bounty : ??,??? | | | | HP : ??? | | AP : ?? | | WT : ??/100 > Your Message < This is what will appear when you click on a channel or channel name. The ??? represents the fields that are unnamed. There are some exceptions like the HP, AP, WT, Bounty and EXP. They all will appear on that screen regardless of what level are you. Your Level must match the channel level limits you are on. ++++++++++++++ - Users Online ++++++++++++++ - Users Online can be seen in between Level Limit and Total Users. Users or Users Online are determined in 2 ways. The first one is in the chart. All you need to do is follow the format from left to right. So when you click the channel button while your still at the lobby, it would appear like this : Free Channel 1 (199/200) Free Channel 2 (198/200) Free Channel 3 (197/200) The 199 in Free Channel 1 represents the users inside that channel or users in that channel. It is the same with Free Channels 2 and 3. The first numbers in the parenthesis are the users online or users in that channel. While the numbers in the second one represents the total amount of users the channel can handle. Users switch from channel to channel or just simply logs out. +++++++ - Total +++++++ - Total or Total number of users is simply defined as the maximum users that the channel can hold. As I said earlier, you can determine this as the second set of numbers inside the parenthesis. The diagram belows represents the Total number of users. Veteran Channel 2 (145/200) | |-> The capacity in which the channel can hold can be seen here. The 200 inside the parenthesis represents the maximum amount of users that the channel can hold. It's impossible for the users online to exceeed than the total number of users in that channel. =============================================================================== 5.
