But after I final gave it a chance I was completely blown away. The game is so well designed, the writing is always funny, and I'm a real sucker for video game cameos and it has a ton. Platformers though are all about getting 100% of the collectables though right? It's a task that might very well drive you insane but you'll do it any ways; and I'm gonna help you. A few quick tips though. When you get all the collectables in any one stage the bronze medallion on the world map becomes gold so use that to check your progress. I'm playing the DRM free version so it doesn't have achievements and you can get those from other FAQs anyways so look elsewhere for that. To help navigate I assign numbers to the save alters. This assumes that you have all the save alters already on your map and so I generally number them from left to right and bottom to top. For Example: in the Temple of Rain if you look at the map near the entrance you can see six saves clearly separated left to right and then you'd need to scroll up to see the last save, so that's save seven. Temple of War Exception: it makes more sense to simply number saves as you will encounter them while playing through the level and so the first save that looks closest to the opening on the map is actually the last save. If you are wondering where the hell El Infierno is you need to go under the desert to where you learned the Pollo Morph in the land of the living and pay a guy $5000. When talking about enemies I label any set of enemies that need dimension swapping with [] and any enemies with a protective color barrier with {} e.g. {[Green Skeleton]} x2 means a pair of green skeletons that you'll need to swap between living and dead to fight one or the other and that they'll both have protective barriers up. Also some enemy waves spawn after a set period of time others after you kill all enemies in a wave. Commas mean a break in time while | means you must finish all enemies to trigger the next group. +---------------------+ ===|Spoiler Alert [S001] |===================================================== +---------------------+ I can and will casually drop spoilers left and right at my own discretion. This is a Completion FAQ which suggests that you've probably already beaten the game once and are now wondering what you've missed and how to get that rumored 'good' ending. There are several 'puzzle rooms' that you'll encounter that have chests at the end. Mostly the puzzle is simply using whatever the new ability is that you gained. None of them are particularly head-scratchers so I don't even bother spoiling most of them. +-------------+ ===|Money [X100] |============================================================= +-------------+ Each chest is worth $500 +---------+ |Pueblucho| +---------+ Chest #1 In the room after you get the dimension swap ability you can wall jump + uppercut to get in nook on the right. Chest #2 Inside the church use the goat climb to get up the left wall. Chest #3 Inside the house under the church drop into the basement. Chest #4 Inside the house under the church after dropping into the basement morph into a chicken to get under crack to the right. +-----------+ |Agave Field| +-----------+ Chest #1 Headbutt the yellow block just inside Juan's house. Forest del Chivo Chest #1 Near the entrance from Pueblucho smash the red or green blocks to open the tunnel under the hill. Chest #2 Along the left side of the central gorge smash the yellow block and solve the puzzle room. Chest #3 Smash the green block along the right side of the gorge and solve that puzzle room. Chest #4 Left of the third save point also next to the dimension wall connecting to the gorge. Pretty obvious. Chest #5 Exit right from the bottom of the gorge. You'll need the wall jump or double jump to reach. Chest #6 Stand on the ground over the forth save, which is the one that can only be accessed via chicken, and double jump + uppercut to the right. You should be able to just land on a ledge the leads to this chest. Chest #7 Inside the goat man's hut. Chest #8 To the right of the goat man's hut smash through the green block then go left along the platforms and past the thorns to reach this chest. Chest #9 Morph into a chicken and walk under ledge to the left of the goat man's hut. +-------------+ |Santa Luchita| +-------------+ After every completed a level you can return to the Pinata house to smash a money filled pinata. Also above this house to the right there is a ledge you can get on that has an opening for a chicken. In this secret area in the land of the dead there's a QR code and in the land of the living is a chicken who will give you money the first time you talk to him. None of these are essential to getting a gold metal on this section of the map though. Anyways... Chest #1 On top of the house labeled Isabel's Kitchen. Chest #2 On the lower floor inside the house with the girl looking for her brother. Chest #3 Under the bar, after the room with the barrels, drop down from platform and there it is. Chest #4 From chest #3 chicken morph left under crack. Quest #1 Beat the second round of Combo Chicken's Training. Quest #2 Beat the third round of Combo Chicken's Training. Temple of Rain Chest #1 After the hall with all the dimension portals, in the room with the platforms going up, smash the yellow block on the left. Chests #2-7 To the left of the room where you dropped the red skeletons into lava. You had to pass through this room and were probably surprised to find that four of the chests contained green skeletons. Fortunately this is the only time you get duped by fake chests in the game... double entendres, I'm sorry. Chest #8 Pretty obvious chest once you begin you last ascent up the temple. There's a small dimension wall that might block it but once you switch the wall off it's a simple hop. Chests #9-10 Two more hard to miss chests after doing the boss run and falling down the long hole. +---------+ |Tule Tree| +---------+ Chest #1 After exiting to the outside of the tree for the first time use the dimension swap and wall jump to get over to the left and nab this chest. Chest #2 After exiting to the outside of the tree the second time and running along the platforms while dimension swapping, drop down and to the right then climb up. You'll see this chest and a green block to smash. Chest #3 Climb above the only save located on the outside of the tree. Go to the left of the ledge instead of jumping up the right to continue. Chest #4 Before re-entering the tree for the third time go left as a chicken to fit into the hole. +-----------------+ |Desierto Caliente| +-----------------+ Chest #1 Pretty obvious chest to the right of the hole you drop down to enter the desert. Chest #2 Chicken morph to the left of the desert, keep going left past the first save and then smash the blue block. Chest #3 In the room to the right of the fourth save. Hidden in plain site. Chest #4 To the right of the fourth save is a blue block. Smash it. Chest #5 On top of a hill in the desert, on the map this would be above the fifth save. Chest #6 To the right of the fifth save is a gap for chickens in this room is a very obvious chest. Chest #7 Left of the exit to the Temple of War is a hill you'll need goat climb to get up. +-------------+ |Temple of War| +-------------+ Chest #1 Before the first fight room to the left of the first save. Chest #2 To the right of the second save is a fork in the road so to speak, take the upper path then drop down the platform to the right. Be in the land of the living when you smash the green and red blocks unless you like burning in lava. Chest #3 Take the upper path following the second save, grab onto a moving wall on the left to proceed further, this chest will be waiting for you at the top. Chest #4 To the right of the fifth save use chicken morph to go under the crack to the right. Chest #5 In the room above the sixth save and Olmec head break the first blue block on the right. Chest #6 To the right of save eight, past the fight room. Chest #7 Left after save eight, go up and solve the puzzle room. Chest #8 Up and to the left of the ninth save there's a blue block to smash. Chest #9 Just left of the tenth save it's just above you as you enter the room. Chest #10 In the room with the twelfth save, just after beating Flame Face this is your reward. +-------------+ |Sierra Morena| +-------------+ Chest #1 After the second save and dimension swapping through some thorns this will be down and to the left. Chest #2 Above the third save technically. Once you jump across the two smaller platforms double jump + uppercut the the left. Chest #3 After the fifth save, fly across the gap then climb up the wall and small incline. Goat fly from the base of the wall to the right and you should sail into a little alcove with a blue block to break. Chest #4 To the right of the Olmec head directly in your path. +------------+ |Great Temple| +------------+ Chest #1 Before the first wall run area go left into a room full of barrels with this one chest. Chest #2 Above the second save, enter the maze to the right as a chicken. Chest #3 Sitting to the left of the third save. Chest #4 After passing the fourth save there's a place to drop down and enter a fight room. After that is this chest. Chest #5 After the forth save there are a series of warps, once completed you can transform into a chicken and fall down a small hole on the left and go through one more warp. Chest #6 To the right of the sixth save. At the top of the long outside climb. Chest #7 There's a short cut that you can open up between save four and the hall way preceding save seven and it has a pit stop in the hallway to the left of the long spike and armadillo hallway. Anyways, in the upper portion of this shortcut shaft thing is an opening on the right with a save and a puzzle room. Chest #8 At the top of the second outdoors climb. You have to literally walk right past it. +---------------------+ ===|Heart Chests [X200] |===================================================== +---------------------+ +-------------------------+ |Le Mansion del Presidente| +-------------------------+ Chest #1 In the middle of the room, partially obscured by the foreground art, use jump + uppercut to smash chest. +---------+ |Pueblucho| +---------+ Chest #1 Use jump + uppercut to climb up the outside of the church. Quest #1 Talk with the man outside the church who asks you to corral his chickens. Enter Casa del Pollo under the church and get all the chickens into the pit on the right. Exit house to claim reward. Quest #2 In the house on the right of the village use dimension swapping to get the doll under the stairs and give it to the girl in the land of the dead. +----------------+ |Forest del Chivo| +----------------+ Chest #1 Near the top to the central gorge, break the red block on the left and solve the puzzle room. Chest #2 Smash through the blue block on the right side of the gorge and solve the puzzle room. I found the easiest way was to wait for the decent of the platform then roll, double jump, and dash. Getting back was more of a pain, I had goat fly and so exploited that. Chest #3 Use the chicken form to get under the ledge to the left of the second save in the spike corridor. Chest #4 To the right of the third save, in the upper left corner of the thorn room, smash through the blue block. Chest #5 Use the chicken to get under the hill to the right of the Olmec head. Jump across the small platforms and this chest is under a large skull swith. Chest #6 Goat run up the wall to the right of the goat man's hut. +-------------+ |Santa Luchita| +-------------+ Chest #1 In the two story house with the girl looking for her brother, use the chicken morph to get to the room on the left. Quest #1 Talk with the girl in the two story house who is looking for her brother, use dimension swap downstairs to get into the hidden room on the left then return to the girl after talking to her brother. Quest #2 Talk to any of the mariachi players to start this quest for their missing member. You'll find him in the house next to the Minecraft house after smashing a blue block. Quest #3 Talk with the man next to the desert who says he is looking for treasure. After beating Flame Face, return to see that he's found a treasure only to have it stolen by a chicken. Go to the house nearest the forest and you'll find the chicken who challenges you to pick him three times after he and his chicken friends shuffle. No easy way to cheat this game. Quest #4 Start the quest by speaking to the old lady inside Isabel's Kitchen. Get the cheese from the sombrero wearing man near the Minecraft house. Get the beans from the girl down and to the left of the kitchen, she's wearing a red and white skirt and is carrying something on her head. The Chilies are in the land of the dead dimension from the man under the lamp post next near the stairs. Finally the tortillas are down and to the right of the kitchen from the lady in the pink dress. Quest #5 Beat the fourth round of Combo Chicken's training. This is where it starts getting hard but don't button mash, normally one of the hits near the end sends Poncho flying and you have a brief moment to reposition yourself before getting in the last hits. +--------------+ |Temple of Rain| +--------------+ Chest #1 To the far left of the entrance, dimension swap to the land of the dead to climb the stairs to it's position. Chest #2 After wall jumping up from that first area with dual dimension doors go right into a wall jump puzzle room. Chest #3 Making your way up the temple after the sixth save and after a dimension wall jump room, smash this yellow block. Chest #4 After the boss run and falling down the hole, this is your reward. +---------+ |Tule Tree| +---------+ Chest #1 After re-entering the tree the first time, drop down to the right and go through this puzzle room. Chest #2 To the left of the save on the outside of the tree, use double jumps and dodge to get past the thorns. Chest #3 In the outside platforming area with lots of red skeletons and chupacabras (a.k.a. dragons), climb above the second door used to re-enter the tree. +-----------------+ |Desierto Caliente| +-----------------+ Chest #1 To the right of the second save in the room with thorns, drop down on the left side and use your chicken form to get through the gap. Chest #2 In the thorn room to the right of the second save. Use the goat fly from the wall in the top-right corner and dodge and double jump onto the platform. Continue jumping left to find this nook. Chest #3 Between the third and fourth save altars on top of a hill in the desert. Chest #4 Between the third and fourth save altars, use the chicken to sneak into the side of the hill. Chest #5 Between the fourth and fifth save altars above the three cactus in the desert. Use dimension swap and your double jump + uppercut to climb higher. Chest #6 Underneath the room to the left of save six, the room with the multicolored skeletons, use the chicken morph to got into a crack on the right. Chest #7 Above the exit to the Tule Tree, smash through the block in the tunnel to the left. +-------------+ |Temple of War| +-------------+ Chest #1 Go along the lower path after the second save, drop further down after the fight room, there is a puzzle room with two cactus guards. Chest #2 To the right of the fifth save use the chicken form to get through the crack on the ledge to the right and complete the slide down the wall puzzle. +-------------+ |Sierra Morena| +-------------+ Chest #1 Before reaching the first save there is a large gap you must leap across, land on the upper wall though and goat climb up to find this hidden entrance. Chest #2 After the fifth save, instead of getting on the obvious wall above you, jump down to the lower wall and use that to fly across the void. Then climb up to find this chest. +------------+ |Great Temple| +------------+ Chest #1 In the shortcut passage between save two and the fight room before save five is a yellow block on the right that leads to a puzzle room. +-----------------+ |Caverna del Pollo| +-----------------+ Chest #1 Waiting for you at the bottom of the first challenge. Chest #2 Waiting for you at the bottom of the second challenge alongside a stamina chest. +----------------------+ ===|Stamina Chests [X300] |==================================================== +----------------------+ +---------+ |Pueblucho| +---------+ Chest #1 In the room after you get the dimension swap ability you can wall jump + uppercut to get in nook on the right. +----------------+ |Forest del Chivo| +----------------+ Chest #1 At the bottom of the central gorge exit left and use the moving platforms to keep going left. Chest #2 From money chest #6 in this area (which is up and to the right of save four), drop along the wall and use it to goat fly to the right. If you were high enough on the wall you should hit another wall that you can run up and find a little nook with this chest. +-------------+ |Santa Luchita| +-------------+ Chest #1 Drop from the ledge underneath the playing children. Quest #1 Beat the Fifth round of Combo Chicken's training. For the last combo I found it easiest if you use the dash punch while standing fairly close to Poncho, use the roll to get underneath him, turn back to the left and then use the uppercut. After the second dash punch use your double jump to position yourself above Poncho's landing, as long as you don't touch the ground and do the 3-hit combo while in the air it should count as being in the combo still. Good luck luchador. +--------------+ |Temple of Rain| +--------------+ Chest #1 After the hall with the portals, inside that room with more portals and platforms leading up, instead go right into this puzzle room where you'll jump and uppercut through a portal to claim victory. Chest #2 To the right of the third save after a fight room. +---------+ |Tule Tree| +---------+ Chest #1 After re-entering the tree, take the door on the left and wall jump to the top. +-----------------+ |Desierto Caliente| +-----------------+ Chest #1 Between the fifth and sixth saves, under a hill guarded by a cactus. +-------------+ |Temple of War| +-------------+ Chest #1 In the room above the sixth save and Olmec head, take the exit in the middle-right and break through the blue blocks. Use the double jump + dash punch + uppercut while dimension shifting to get past this puzzle. Chest #2 In the room after you defeat Flame Face this chest is your reward along with some money chests. Chest #3 After the twelfth save where Chest #2 was, in the room that is the long fall. Goat run up the right wall to smash a red block and get this chest. +-------------+ |Sierra Morena| +-------------+ Chest #1 To the right of the Olmec head, directly in your path. +------------+ |Great Temple| +------------+ Chest #1 In the first wall run shaft there is an opening on the right that leads to a puzzle room +-----------------+ |Caverna del Pollo| +-----------------+ Chest #1 Waiting for you at the bottom of the second challenge along with a heart chest. +-----------------------+ ===|Chac Mool Orbs [X400] |=================================================== +-----------------------+ Getting all the Chac Mool Orbs is the end game challenge of Guacamelee. There are five in total that you can get before defeating the final boss who then bestows a sixth orb on you. Getting the five orbs before that grants you the ability to fly while in chicken form and lets you get the good ending and credits. Orb #1 Go to the bottom of Juan's house and turn into a chicken in the bottom right most corner. Swap dimensions to appear in a narrow corridor. From here there's a door and then a maze. It's not a very difficult maze, mostly go up and to the left, then back over to the right, then up after you reach a part that looks like a heart. There will be a red block to get you back to Agave Field at the top and a door to the left that takes you to Chac Mool for the orb. Orb #2 In the Forest del Chivo, use the chicken morph to get under the hill with the large skull switch nearby the fourth save altar. Hit the switch then run left then back up the hill. There's a statue in the background in front of a flat bit of wall, use this wall to goat fly back to the left. You'll fly over the gorge and eventually hit a bit of wall in the sky. While falling switch to a chicken. If you were fast enough and the switch is still ticking you'll fall through an opening in the ground that leads to a room with a door to Chac Mool. Orb #3 Underneath the Tule Tree there is a blue block to break and goat climbing up will lead to a new area called Tree Tops. This is a straightforward but difficult climb to the top with check point like floors with a few barrels to replenish your health along the way. What was most difficult for me was the point after the third checkpoint where you need to navigate through all the red saws. To bounce in between the dimension phased walls it seems easiest to use the goat fly because there is a bit of delay with the start up animation where you can quickly switch dimensions. On the last wall to the left have no fear about goat climbing up, there's a ceiling to stop you and a pretty easy goat fly across to another wall to continue to the next checkpoint. Which, incidentally, has a nice motivational chicken for you to talk to. Orb #4 Easily the most frustrating to get and you might want to equip the skeleton costume for the unlimited stamina. In Sierra Morena, after the first save, clear out the room full of enemies. Then on the wall to the left jump just underneath the platform and over the torch and goat fly, you should go sailing out an opening on the right and find a door to take you to Cueva de la Locura. Here you'll find an old school platformer challenge where there's always two sets of platforms that appear back and forth at a set beat. The first room has some pretty easy steps for you to jump up. The second room is also really straightforward. The Third room has you run straight and then at the end gives you a taste of small micro platforms that are oddly spaced, you'll see a helluva lot more in just a second. The fourth room has three platforms you jump up, then double jump + uppercut underneath a wall onto one last normal sized platform. This I call the starter platform, from here you need to climb up the oddly spaced, annoyingly small platforms to get to a ledge on the top right. You're really on your own from here, this part will have you busting out all your moves to stay aloft, but hopefully this gives you a bit of help. My method was to jump to the right on the one platform about the same level, then jump up and left to the platform that is above the starter, then I quickly double jump + uppercut diagonally up and to the right where one platform appears. Adding the uppercut throws off the timing a bit so I immediately double jump again and go slightly to the right where another platform appears. Then jump mostly horizontally to the right, then double jump up and to the left twice, back the the right, back to the left, all those taking you mostly upward. At this point you're at the height to go right and reach the ledge, the platforms are staggered like low, then high, then low. Or something like that. When you see the ledge appear in the right just double jump + dash punch + uppercut and go for it. It's pretty much impossible to remember where all the platforms appear and I couldn't find a good recording of it being done, so just stick with it friends and it'll prove what a badass gamer you are when you beat it. The last room has long platforms that you'll need to jump and land on again, I found a headbutt works nicely for keeping you in the air long enough for the platforms to appear again. Which is a trick you can use if you're trying to stall for time in the fourth room as well. On the last ledge there are two doors, go through the Choc Mool door first and get the orb, the second door drops you off next to the second save in Sierra Morena. Orb #5 After getting to the bottom of the final challenge in the Caverna del Pollo this is what it was all for. +--------------------------+ ===|Caverna del Pollo [X500] |================================================ +--------------------------+ Located at the bottom of Santa Luchita, Caverna del Pollo has three challenges where you fight through ten floors of enemies to reach a prize. To enter the first challenge you need to headbutt a yellow block, to access the second challenge you need to dimension swap across some platforms, and to reach the final challenge you need to derp dash through a blue block. I'm listing the waves of enemies you'll encounter on the way down using made up slang to describe the enemies. Honestly though these fights aren't much more difficult than one's you'll encounter otherwise playing through the game. First Level Second Level Third Level -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor One |Green Skeletons x4 | {Green Armadillos} x3 | {Tiger Giant} x1 -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor Two |Green Skeletons x2 | Plant Spikers x4 | Yellow Skeletons x2 |Red Skeletons x2 | | Bombs x 6 -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor Three|Blue Armadillos x4 | {Conquistador} x2 | {Aztec Pinwills} x2 -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor Four |Red Skeletons x3 | {Dragons} x4 | Giant Skeleton x1 |Yellow Skeleton x1 | | Dragons x2 -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor Five |Pigmies x5 | [Giant Skeletons] x2 | [Thunder God] x1 |Green Armadillos x2 | | [Red Skeletons] x2 -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor Six |Red Skeletons x4 | Green Skeletons x3 | {Bombs} x 5 |Plant Biters x2 | Cactus x3 | -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor Seven|Yellow Skeletons x2 | Plant Biters x2 | {Tiger Giants} x2 | | {Conquistador} x1 | Pigmies x4 -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor Eight|Red Skeletons x2 | Giant Skeleton x1 | [Green Skeletons] x2 |Blue Armadillos x2 | {Yellow Skeletons} x2 | [{Red Skeletons}] x2 | | | [{Aztec Pinwil}] x1 -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor Nine |Green Armadillos x2 | [Cactus] x2 | {Thunder Gods} x3 |Giant Skeleton x1 | [Plant Spikers] x2 | -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- Floor Ten |Pigmies x 16 | [{Conquistador}] x1 | {Conquistador} x1 |Giant Pigmies x 3 | [{Dragon}] x2 | Tiger Giant x1 | | [{Yellow Skeleton}] x1| Green Skeletons x6 -----------+--------------------+-----------------------+---------------------- This selection of enemies where taken from the normal difficulting setting, I don't think any major changes are made when you go to hard, but there might be a few tweaks if you do. +--------------------+ ===|El Infierno [X600] |====================================================== +--------------------+ No real secrets here, just seventeen challenges for you to get gold metals on. Getting 10 bronze, silver, or gold medals will reward you with a new costume that you must retrieve from the elevator door at the bottom. Some of these challenges are easier once you've gotten the Alebrije Suit which is unlocked after 10 silvers, so just do your best the first time around and be prepared to try time and again on some of these. 1. Easy little race. Double jump up the stairs and then use the goat climb, I suggest goat flying and dodging to get past the thorns, then it's another goat climb to the finish. 2. To get the 400 hit combo you need to keep up the pressure and also never get hit. For these combo challenges make sure to not use any costume that makes you more damaging as you'll want these enemies to take as many hits as possible. Be sure to throw as often as possible, the time when you hold an enemy gives invincibility frames. Using the suplex (the backwards throw that you buy at the shop) will bat thrown bones away so use that if projectiles are incoming. Anyways the waves are as follows: 2 greens, 2 greens, 2 greens, 2 greens| 3 greens, 3 greens| 4 reds, 1 yellow| six greens| 4 greens and 2 reds. 3. This is pretty generous on the time requirement actually. Simply hit the switch and throw enemies into the right side. You have to hit the switch again like every 20 seconds. Instead of throwing, headbutting works just as well and is a lot faster. The yellow skeletons will more often than not just suicide on the spikes. 4. Race to the finish through the thorns, the third section is really the only one that will probably give you trouble. If the timing is right after getting through the first two sections without incident then this method might help you. Double jump over the first pit and dodge in the air, give a slight pause and roll into the thorns while practically rolling off the edge, jump (or use your double jump) to land on the last platform then quickly jump and dodge to get into the finish. The timing can easily be off though so just keep retrying until you get lucky really, which won't take long. 5. Survive on the bridge for 1:45. This is much easier with the Alebrije Suit on. Go for kills as quickly as possible, remember that headbutting does the most damage. The waves are as follows: 4 greens, 4 plant biters, 4 reds, 5 blue armadillos, 3 green armadillos, 3 {greens}, 3 plant stabbers, 4 yellows, 2 {yellows}, 2 tiger giants, 1 thunder god. The thunder god appears at exactly 1:45 so once you see him you can let the chaos claim you, getting killed only stops the clock. My strategy? Once the 3 plant stabbers appear I just start double jumping and ground pounding like crazy. It's really too hard to see the plant flowers and the yellows are constantly dodging but with enough ground pounds I manage to kill off a few enemies to lighten the load on the bridge enough for the thunder god to spawn. 6. Get 175 hit combo without dodging. Remember that throws and suplexs will be your best friend for avoiding damage. Also power attacks like the uppercut and derp dash will stop the red charging armadillos, your dodge wouldn't have avoided them anyways. The waves are as follows: 2 greens| 2greens, 2 reds| 1 blue armadillo, 2 green armadillos| 3 greens| 2 yellows, 2 reds. Once again, to get the high combo you need to basically not get hit. If you do alright with the first 2 red skeletons and armadillos you should be really close to 175 around the time the yellow skeletons spawn and hopefully you can get in the last few hits before they inevitably break your combo. 7. So freaking easy, just keep moving. 8. Get a 200 hit combo without any specials. Here's the enemy roster: 2 plant biters, 2 greens| 2 green armadillos, 2 green skeletons| 2 greens, 2 dragons, 2 dragons, 1 Aztec pinwill, another Aztec pinwill. You should break 200 around the time the pinwills start spawning. Be careful about throwing with the dragons about, if one shoots fireballs at you just as you've made a grab you'll be a sitting duck to have your combo broken. 9. Simply finish this without any screw ups and you'll make it with around 3 seconds to spare. Use double jump + uppercut + derp dash + ground pound to get through the first spikes. Then double jump + uppercut to the right, dodge while coming down on the red spikes, when you land you'll go into a roll off the edge, immediately use uppercut or derp dash to avoid hitting spikes then double jump and use your other power to get to safety. Position yourself close to the spikes, use double jump + derp dash + ground pound to swiftly get through the last obstacle and sprint to finish. 10. Get a 140 hit combo without using throws. On the upside you get dodge and your special moves, so whip out all the lessons that the wise combo chicken taught you! Here's the list: 2 [blue armadillos]| [a blue and a green armadillo], [another blue and another green armadillo]| 4 [green skeletons], 2 [dragons]| 2 [Thunder gods]. You should be able to land 140 hits on the 2 dragons before the t-gods come and mess up everything. 11. Jump into the portal, use the uppercut to reach the next portal, use the derp dash to reach the next, use your double jump to reach the next and be very careful not to move once you hit this portal, just let yourself fall and dodge through the thorns and then turn into a chicken. 12. Another easy one, use your double jump + uppercut to get past the first two sections then use the double jump + derp dash + uppercut to get past the final block. 13. Kill all the enemies without getting hit, simply defeating all foes gets you the gold. Again it's helpful to have the Alebrije Suit to give double damage. Let's see what they throw at you: 2 [green skeletons], 2 [green skeletons], 2 [green skeletons], 2 [green skeletons]| 4 pigmies, 4 {pigmies}, 3 [plant spikers]| 2 [yellow skeletons] 14. Another easy course. Use the Skeleton Suit though for unlimited stamina so you can goat climb and fly non-stop. 15. This is just a matter of getting familiar with the course then you'll find that two minutes is plenty of time to get this chicken to the grinder at the end. Use dimension swap to freeze the chicken, he still keeps his momentum, and get in front of him. You can then quickly swap back and grab him. You should never have to do anything more fancy than just grabbing and throwing. 16. A straightforward climb to the top, the spike squares can be a bit of a pain sometimes though; and you might want to be Tostada or Alebrije to more efficiently take out the giant waiting for you at the top. 17. The maze is to go Up (fight 4 red skeletons), Up (fight 4 bombs), Left (fight 2 yellow skeletons), Up (fight tiger giant), Right (fight 4 green skeletons), Right (fight 2 green armadillos and a giant), Right (fight 4 greens), Up (fight 2 thunder gods), and Right to the finish. You can take detours that sometimes have time bonuses, but the time you waste fighting and navigating negate any possible benefit.
