Welcome, I'm Viewland. This is my very first guide, so please 
give me feedback guys.Game Dev Tycoon is a Strategy-Tycoon games,
which was released by Greenheart Games

This guide was written voluntary, You may use this guide as you wish,
as long as you're NOT USE THIS FAQ FOR PERSONAL PROFIT. Excluding 
beat the game, though :D

Training is the only way you could improve your staff skills

There are 4 basic skill

Design (D), Technology (T), Speed (S), Research (R)


You've to improve your staff skill in order to generate more 
Graphic, Technology,and Research point (RP) while doing a project.
This RP is used for doing a research and training.

This is the first special training, this training require certain skill,
which is only Design (D) and Technology (T), has reach certain value,
in order for your staff could be trained.
