Welcome to my guide for Resurrection of Evil, the first Expansion pack for the
Great DOOM 3, released in 2004. This is my first real guide of this sort, so
it could probably use some work, but hopefully it it will be useful! I realize
that there will be things lacking and some errors, so I'll be grateful for any
contributions that helps the guide to become 100% correct.

My E-Mail address is [email protected], feel free to send me anything you like
to say about this guide, or to correct mistakes or add things, as long as you
keep it constructive and nice ;)

Anyway, here it is, I hope you'll enjoy it.

This walkthrough was done on Marine, the Medium Difficulty. You can follow this
walkthrough on both Recruit, Veteran and Nightmare, but be aware that the
amount of Monsters and the damage they do will differ greatly. If you have
big problems making it through Marine, play through it on Recruit, and then
come back to Marine. You will be surprised how much you have learnt and how
much better you have become.

I will also try to give you some suggestions on how to best take on the
different fights you'll end up in, and what weapons to use. If you are stuck
in a certain area, try the approach I've written as it is a bit more defensive
and will often work if you are low on Health. Most importantly is that you
analyze the situation on your screen yourself and take the appropiate action.

Anyway, here's my walkthrough for Marine Difficulty, which will guide you
all the way to the end.

====================================
* Level 01: Main Excavation [3MAI] *
====================================

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Explore the Ancient Ruins
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Okay, after watching the sweet introduction movie, you'll take the place as
the lone survivor, with the artifact in your hands. Right now, it's useless,
so just take up your gun instead.

Walk forward, and a small cutscene will occur. Sure doesn't look good.
In the cross section, head to the right, crouch down and head through the
small opening to find Shells and the Shotgun, and head back out. Equip the
pistol again. As you try to proceed forward, a Forgotten will come up from
the ground and fly towards you. Two shots with the pistol will kill it.
Watch out for the hole in the ground to your right and head around the
corner. Another Lost Soul comes towards you, kill it. Head around the corner
it came from, and towards the open room.

Look at the machine in the room. You can remove the Power Cell from it,
but hold on a second. Slowly head into the room first, and kill the three
Forgotten that spawn. Then head back to the machine and remove the powercell.
Everything goes dark, and you will have to find the next machine to insert the
powercell. Head forward, pick up the shells and the medkit on the ground.
Head towards the machine, insert the Power Cell, and things will lighten up.
Dr. McNeil will contact you on the radio, briefing you.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Bring the Artifact to Dr. McNeil
1: Gain access to Excavation Elevator
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pick up the Video Disk on the stone and the Two Packs of Bullets by the Body.
Look at the Video Disk if you like. The guy sure is a little late with his
Safety Instructions, now that the whole place has gone to hell. Anyway,
look to the left, you'll notice some plates going up. Jump on one of them just
as its coming up, and ride it up to the top. At the top, quickly jump of
to the right where the stairs are, and have the pistol ready.
Two lost souls will spawn and attack you. The first one can be a
bit hard to avoid, but kill them. Look to the right, you'll see a clearing
between the stones. Head up into it, and a Imp will spawn to the left.
Take out your shotgun, and wait til it comes close enough to one hit kill it.
Head towards the place the imp spawned, and jump onto the railing to the left
to find two packs of bullets and a Med Kit. Head back, around the corner,
and into the corridor. Pass the body on the floor, pick up two clips,
the Machine Gun and a Med Kit. Head into the glowing door.

Go into the room, and listen to the brooding music that plays,
before heading on to the circular platform. Jump carefully to the shelf
with the dead body to pick up Shells, and quickly head back to the
circular platform, equip the pistol and kill the two Forgotten that spawn.
It's much better to use the pistol on them since two shots will take them down.
Save Shotguns and Machine Guns to harder mobs. Head down into the room by the
stairs on the side, and two Imps will spawn. Take them out with your Shotgun,
and pick up the medkits on the right side of the pillar.

Jump over the rubble, and head towards the glowing door. You'll see a cutscene
with a soldier who uses a weapon to grab the Imp's fireball and throws back
at it. Unfortunately, the man gets wounded and cannot go on. Fortunately,
he gives you the weapon, the Grabber. The Grabber can be used in many
different ways. You can either grab fireballs and other non-bullet projectiles
and toss them back at the monster, you can grab stones and barrels and other
objects and throw them at monsters, or you can even grab and release the
smaller mobs like the trites and Forgotten which will kill them instantly.
You can also grab items from a distance, like Ammo and Health Packs.
It's easy to use the grabber, The Crosshair will change into a rotating symbol
whenever you can grab something, and then you can press and hold the
left mouse button to grab it. Release it to fire the object.

For fun, grab the poor soldier and toss him into something, and he will be
split in several pieces. When you are done playing around, head down the
circular stairs. Use the grabber to move the boxes blocking your way.
Head into the hole, and a Forgotten will appear. Wait til it flies
towards you, and grab it! Release it quickly though, and it will die instantly.
The Tunnel is dark, but there are no other monsters there. To the left is an
opening, and a Forgotten will spawn. Wait til it flies towards you, then
use the grabber to grab and release it. Into the opening, head to the right,
and another Forgotten appears. You should know how to deal with them by now.

Move the boxes with the help of the grabber, and head into the opening,
and follow the tunnel into a big room. When you enter it, follow the right
ledge to a nice suit of Armor. Head back left and follow the ledge,
and suddenly a pillar of flames burst out, and soon three Forgotten spawn.
If you can, try picking off one or two with the pistol before they can reach
you, and then grab the remaining ones. You might get hurt here, so grab
the medkit on the floor. Follow the ledge further to the left and down,
and you will find Shells and another Medkit. Now, go back to the stairs in the
middle of the room and ascend them. When you open the door, a Forgotten
will be waiting right behind it, so immediately kill it. As you head into
the narrow corridor, two Forgotten will spawn, one will come out from the wall
and is very hard to avoid, and the other will appear infront of you. Grab them
both and send them back to hell. Walk forward, and a Imp will appear.
Try grabbing one of his fireballs and shoot it back at him, it will kill him
instantly, otherwise take him out with the shotgun. I recommend getting used
to reflecting projectiles, since it will become very important later on.

Go slowly into the room with the pillars, and two lost souls will be waiting,
one to the right and one to the left. Kill them. As you head to the left to
pick up the medkit, two imps will spawn. Choose your way of eliminating them,
I'd say go back into the corridor and grab their projectiles and fire back at
them. They can't surround you in the corridor. When you have taken them out,
go back in, to the right and up the stairs. Two Forgotten will be in the room,
so kill them. To the Right is the Elevator! Head into the room to complete the
objective, but don't go into the elevator right now. To the right is a box
with two Shells and two Clips and on top of the shelf is a medkit.
You can grab it if you need the health. Otherwise, head into the elevator,
and exit the level.

====================================
* Level 02: Erebus Dig Site [3EDI] *
====================================

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives:
1: Find the Exit
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

As you ride the elevator, all hell seems to break loose above you. Whatever it
is, it sure doesn't bode well for our lone marine. When you arrive at the top,
everything seems quiet though.

Step out of the elevator to find Shells and a Clip. Then, head around the
elevator, and up the stairs. Some good looking Grenades are lying on a Box.
Follow the bridge til the small building, and enter it. A Man will stick his
head out of a locker, and you can talk to him if you aim your crosshair at
the locker. There's a Health Station here, but you should not need it at the
moment. Remember it however. Pick up the Video Disk, the Shells and the PDA,
which upgrades your security clearance, and and proceed to leave the room.
The Room will glow red and the windows will shatter, and you can guess what
it means. As you exit the room, an Imp will climb the fence and start attacking
you. I will recommend using the Shotgun to take him out, since he is at a close
range. Another imp waits at the bridge, so turn and switch to the grabber,
and return his fireball to kill him. As you continue back over the bridge,
another Imp will climb the fence, so grab his fireball and throw it back.
As you head down the stairs, two Imps will appear from the dark and attack you.
Retreat back up and take them out one by one with the grabber.
If you loose health, head back to the room and refill.
Go back down the stairs, it should be safe there now. Head towards the door
that's half-open, and crouch down to pass it. Step forward and you'll be
introduced to the Vulgar, a Imp-like creature that is slightly stronger and
throws blue fireballs at you. They are defeated the same way, preferably by
using the grabber to reflect their fireballs, as it will kill them instantly.
Take care of the Vulgar by giving him a taste of his own medicine.

Use the grabber to remove the boxes to the left of you, and you will find some
Armor Shards and a Med Kit. Then, head out in the main part of the room and
around the corner to the door. Access the Door Terminal to Scan your PDA,
which will open the door. Proceed through the small corridor, and enter the
next room. Pick up the Armor Shards by the door, and head forwards to meet
a Vulgar. Grab his fireball and let him have it. As you walk further,
The room will start to blink red, and a trite will appear in the distance.
Wait for it to come closer(But not too close) and grab him with your Grabber.
Quickly release it, and it will be instant killed. You don't have to actually
Grab it, just tap the left mouse button to fire the grabbing beam at it, and
release it to kill it. Just like the Forgotten. I doubt you will need more
health now, but there is a med kit on a crate to your left as you go further.

If you haven't saved by now, I really suggest you do it now. It's Boss Time!

###############################################################################

BOSS: THE FIRST HUNTER
He looks much tougher than he is. I really hope you are getting used to
grabbing, aiming and shooting with the Grabber, because the only way to kill
this guy, is by grabbing the green plasmaballs that are shot out by the two
cannons on each side of the room, and firing at the Hunter. It will take
approx. four hits to kill him, and you'll know he is hit when he screams.
Hang in there, and learn his teleportation pattern so that you can avoid him.
As a reward for defeating him, your artifact is now upgraded with the first
ability, Slowing Down Time. This will let you move as quickly as normally, but
everything else around you will slow down really much.

###############################################################################

When you have defeated him, you will be contacted by Dr. McNeil. After the
transmission, head to the right side of the room to the glowing door. Enter
the next room, to find two bodies that are glowing. The Artifact is charged
with human souls, so you need to refill it. It can hold up to three souls,
and one soul is one usage of the artifact. Anyway, go down and take up the
Artifact, and stand close to the bodies. The Artifact will recharge, and you
can see how many charges you have by the amount of Artifact Symbols in the
bottom of the screen. There's also a Med Kit here, which you will probably
need, so grab that one too, and proceed to the next room.

The next room lets you put the Artifact to good use. There are some moving
walls that you need to pass, so save your game first, and then activate the
Artifact once. The walls that was moving fast now barely moves at all, so just
pass the walls either infront of you or to the left. The best time to move is
just as the wall closest to you is opening up, just run as fast as you can
past the three walls. If you took the left turn, quickly turn right and do
the same with the walls to the right, and run towards the door.
If you went straight ahead, turn left and pass the walls to your left, and
then turn right towards the door. You'll see a Z-Sec Zombie coming out the
door, but since time still is slowed down, he won't have time to react,
so just run straight up in his face and take him out with a shotgun blast.
Time should now return to normal.

Enter the room, and head to the right opening to find a Med Kit and Shells.
Then, head to the Power Cell Generator, but don't remove the cell yet.
Activate the Artifact, then remove the cell and quickly run through the
closing door and past the next one.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives.
1: Find the Exit, Call Main Elevator.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

As you enter the room, and time returns to normal, your Mission Objective
will be updated, and you will suddenly hear a man scream for his life. Nasty.
Walk along the bridge, turn right and you'll see a door blocked by some
boxes. Use the grabber to move them so that you can enter the door.
When you enter the room, go slowly, because an Imp will suddenly jump infront
of you. Either use the grabber to reflect his fireball, or use the shotgun.
Refill the Artifact from the body by the computer, and head left into the
corridor. A Vulgar will spawn at the end of it, so just play it cool and
reflect his fireball.

Enter the door at the end, pick up the hand grenades and take up your Machine
Gun. There's a Z-Sec Zombie in this room which will appear and start shooting
at you with his machine gun, so quickly take him out. As you head towards the
place he stood, an Imp will spawn. Back up and use the grabber to kill him.
Head towards the computer terminals, and another Imp will appear, so just do
the same thing to him. Opposite the Computer Terminal, there's a Health
Station, so use it if you need it. Head into the yellow door when you are
ready for more action, and keep your grabber up. An Imp is waiting on top of
the stairs, so grab his fireball and send it back. Go Up the stairs to find
Armor Shards and Shells, and then head into the next room.

Refill your Artifact with any of the bodies, and prepare for a fight. First,
An Imp will appear, so kill it with the Grabber. Then, two Vulgar's will spawn
and they can cause a problem. Hopefully you can kill them both before they get
too close, but if they do, take up your shotgun and put an end to their ugly
faces. If you were hurt, don't hesitate going back to the room with the Health
Station to refill. Back to the room you left, there's a Storage Cabinet here!
The Code is in the PDA you found, but if you missed it, it's 516. Inside the
Cabinet you'll find Grenades, Shells and Clips.

You will notice that there's a door you cannot open, with some lockers inside.
I had missed this part and couldn't seem to find the solution for it myself, so
Big Thanks to GBH_05 for the info about reaching the room!

"Face the locked door, turn around and you will be looking at two freight
elevator doors, the left of them being half opened. When you carefully crouch
under the half opened door, you should see a ladder to your left. Climb it up
and crawl through some vents and you will eventually drop into the locked room.
Here you'll find another locker, and a PDA."

Colin adds that the locker inside this room(028) has code 516, and a 100
Health Station. Thanks Colin!

After that, head into the other opening of the room. There's a
Med Kit by the door if you need it, or else you can head through the door.
Three Z-Sec's will soon notice you, so back up into the room with the locker
and wait for them to come one by one. Take them out with either the Shotgun
or the Machine Gun, and refill the ammo that they drop.
Head into the room, and look for Ammo. There's Shells on the Boxes in the
Middle of the Room, use the Grabber to get it.

Head into the next room, and have your Machine Gun ready. A Z-Sec will greet
you with a shower of bullets, so quickly take him out before he does too much
damage. There's also an Imp and another Z-Sec in the room, just around the
corner. Take them both out. There's a medkit in the right part of the room, so
grab it because most likely you will need a refill after the hectic battle.
Head down to the lower level, and crouch under the stairs to grab some Armor
Shards. As you reach out for the tempting Shards, an Imp will spawn, so quickly
take out your Grabber and kill it. Head up the stairs, and into the door.

This is a big room. As soon as you enter, an Imp will appear to your right, so
quickly take it out. There's a health pack where it appeared. Head to the left
and down the small stairs, and to the left. There's a body, PDA which updates
your Security clearance and a Med Kit.

As you approach the currently unavailable Elevator, All hell breaks loose. A
Forgotten spawns infront of you, and two Vulgar's spawn at the same time. This
is a really tricky situation, as you will have very little time to avoid the
monsters. You can activate Slow Down Time if you want though, this should make
everything easier. Try to Grab the Forgotten, and then equip the Shotgun and
hunt down the two Vulgar's. After you have taken them down, either get the
Med Kit by the body if you didn't take it, or backtrack to last one.
Chances are you have lost some Health.

When you have restored your health, head to the Panel on the wall to scan the
Security Clearance of your PDA. It will lower a Ladder, which you can use to
climb to the higher level. Enter the door, and you'll see a Z-Sec. Take him out
with the Machinegun, and refill any eventual health with the Med Kit on the
floor by the Body. If you used the Artifact, recharge it.
Make sure you check the floor where you killed the Z-Sec, as there will be
a clip there. Now enter the door in this room.

Be ready with the Artifact. As soon as you enter the room, and the room becomes
red, you'll see two Vulgar's spawning. As soon as you can, activate Slow Down
and be aware. Barrels will fall down into the room, and one explosive will fall
beside one of the Vulgars. Quickly focus on the barrel, which will kill one of
them. Then, use the Grabber to reflect the fireball at the other one. After the
Monsters are dead, head to the stack of boxes and climb them to the bridge.
You might have to rearrange some, but this shouldn't be too hard now that you
have the Grabber. On the Second Floor, you will find Armor, Shells and a
Body you can recharge the Artifact with. Jump down and head towards the door in
the small part of the room.

Go to the Machine and Insert the Power Cell. Then go to the Computer Screen
and click on the "Call Lift" Button. This will complete your Objective.
There's a Health Station here if you need it, so take your time to refill your
health. When you are done, head slowly out the door. A Vulgar have appeared,
so use the grabber to kill him. There are two Z-Secs in the back of this room,
take them out and head back to the room with the Health Station to refill
before continuing. Exit out to the room again, turn right and into the next
room. Head into the next Door and a Z-Sec will be waiting for you.
Take him out with the Machinegun. As you head towards the ladder,
three Forgotten will spawn, but you will have time to take them out, either by
the pistol or the grabber. As always, if you are injured, head back and use
the Health Station. It's much better to spend one minute regaining health than
having trouble the next five minutes. When you descend the ladder, two new
Forgotten will spawn, take them out with the grabber. Then, head to the now
available Elevator, click on The Erebus Labs Destination and go into it and
Exit the Level.

================================
* Level 03: Erebus Labs [3ELA] *
================================

You'll begin the level with an elevator ride. This time, it's more comfortable
than the last one, but don't let your guard down. There's pain to come. As the
elevator stops, exit it to pick up Clip, Shells and Bullets. Elizabeth will
contact you over the Radio, informing you of your next Objective.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives:
1: The Primitive, Artifact Storage
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

As soon as the Mission Objective has been updated, things will heat up,
and five Forgottens will spawn in different directions. Be quick and move
around as you grab each one. If you are hurt, you can head to the far left
of the cavern where the big shelf is. You can climb on the side and find
a Med Kit on the top. Then head to the building to the right, where you'll
first find some shells by the explosive barrels, and then you can head up the
stairs to find a body to charge the artifact and a Med Kit. Head down,
and climb the huge shelf on the right side of the stairs to find Clip and
Body Armor. When you have grabbed all the items you need, head up the stairs
to the glowing door and enter it.

To the left, there's a spiraling stairway you can take down, but before you go,
equip the Shotgun, because things will become hot. To your right as you come
down, a Wraith will be waiting, two will spawn infront of you, and unless you
immediately back up back to the stairs, one will spawn behind you. So, back to
the stairs and take them one by one with the shotgun. This should take care of
the Wraiths. Head back to the room where they spawned, pass the place where
the wraiths spawned, and look to the right. A Trite will come toward you,
so equip the grabber and kill it. As you head up the stairs where the Trite
appeared, four new Wraiths appear, so blast them with your shotgun. Use their
teleport to your advantage, as soon as you see them appear from the teleport,
fire at them just as they appear. One Shotgun blast is enough. Head up to the
the stairs and take to the left. Grab the Clip, Shells and the Med Kit,
and recharge the Artifact if you need. Then head trough the door. A Trite will
be waiting, so quickly grab it, and back out into the previous room, equip
the shotgun, turn left and blast the spawned Wraith. Then, head back into the
room the Trite appeared, and follow the hall. Take out the Trite, and the two
spawning Wraiths. Then climb the Shelf to find Armor Shards and Med Kits.
Jump down and continue through the door.

Grab the PDA, and the room will change. Blue Spikes will shoot out from the
walls, and a path will appear. I highly recommend saving now, as this might
take several tries. What you have to do, is to activate Slow Down, and get to
the end of the path. There are spots where the spikes are not travelling,
so stop at those spots to get an overview of how to run. Do not try to take it
in one run, as you won't make it. Take it easy, but not too slow, and you
should make it past to the other side.

After you've passed the trap, follow the path til you reach some stairs.
Ascend them to witness a vision of Hell, and a Vulgar will spawn. Take it out
by the usual method. Climb the big Shelf to find Med Kit and a Clip. Under the
stairs to the building there's some Armor Shards. There are some bodies you can
use to recharge the Artifact. Enter the room to get the next Objective.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives:
1: Artifact Storage - Inside this facility is a tablet that Dr. McNeil needs
to further her study. Make your way to Artifact Storage.
2: Power Cells - Locate two power cells to enable the Artifact Storage
filtration system and activate it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

To the right you can pick up Two Shells and a Clip, to the left you can pick up
some Med Kits. They will most likely be needed now, because 2 Z-Secs will
appear, and a Vulgar will spawn afterwards. Take them out the best way you can,
and refill your health. Head down the stairs, grab any dropped ammo, and head
towards the corridor. A Vulgar will spawn, so kill it. Use the grabber to grab
the Armor in the Broken Elevator, and head to into the left turn of the
corridor. There's two doors here, one requires Security Clearance, so head into
the other one. You'll find Shells and Clip in box on the floor. After grabbing
those, head into the elevator to the Medical Labs. As you exit the Elevator,
two Z-Sec's will appear from the door, so kill them and grab their ammo.
Head into the room, sure is messy in there. There's a Storage Cabinet here, but
you don't have the code yet (It's 769 if you're impatient). So head to the
other side of the room, kill the Z-Sec that comes out of the door. Use the
Medical Station if you are hurt, and head into the next door. Look at the sweet
pipes, and then go into the next door.

If you look to the left, you'll witness some Zombies being exposed to some
X-Ray treatment! Anyway, they hunger for your flesh, and we can't allow that.
Have some fun with the braindead, so use the grabber to grab the small cabinet
to your left, and throw it at wthe Zombies til they explode in a shower of
blood. A Fatso appears from a corner as you continue into the room, so throw
him a welcome gift. Continue into the next room, and you'll meet a survivor!
Or is it...? He's seemingly so happy to see you that he comes to hug you,
but that will most likely hurt, so finish him off with some quick shots to his
head. Grab the PDA on the computer desk to update security clearance,
and to learn the code to the Storage Cabinet!

Then, head to the Power Cell Generator to remove the Power Cell and the room
will go dark. Equip the Grabber, and head into the previous room, turn right
and a Vulgar will spawn. Let him have it! Head towards the door, and another
Vulgar will spawn, so take him out. When you enter the next room with the
Health Station, two Vulgar's will spawn, so take them out with the grabber.
Refill any lost health. Head back to the Storage Cabinet, and punch in the code
769 to grab some Bullets, Grenades and Shells.

Head back into the first room with the elevator, and ride it back down to the
first level: Excavation. Get that shotgun ready, cause as soon as the doors
open, a Vulgar is ready to attack you. Blast him at close range to kill him
with one shot, and then head out the door. If you lost too much health on him,
head into the long corridor and up the stairs, where there should be some med
kits left. Hopefully you will be back up at 100 Health. Now, continue back to
the door with the Security Clearance, and Scan it to gain access.

Head over to the body and grab his PDA, which will also upgrade your Security
Clearance. He is kind enough to write the code to Sarge's old case, 428.
At the end of the room you can see the door to the Artifact Storage, but you
don't have the access to it yet. Enter the only open door, and you will meet
some braindead Zombies. In order to save some ammo, lure them out to the room
you just came from, and use the grabber to kill them with some of the barrels
that are located in the room. Then, head back into the room they came from,
and go to the door named "Offices". Grab Grenades, Shells and Clips from the
Shelf, and climb up the Ladder. There's a health station at the top which you
can use if you want. When you are healthy, head out the door.

There are four zombies here, and you can freely choose the way of killing, but
for a change I'd recommend Grenades. You might get several zombies in one
Grenade, instead of using several shells or many bullets. When you are done
wrecking havoc, head through the door and pass the small corridor. You'll see
someone kill a Zombie in a room, but before you go there, look to the right.
A Z-Sec is waiting for you, so finish him off with a long range gun like the
Machinegun before moving to the left and through the door.

First of all, there's the first mini-game to be found here. Sarge's Big Game
Hunt is in the corner of the room, and you can play as much as you like. More
information about it is in the Mini-Games section.
Then, there's Shells and bullets to pick up, and finally there's the weapon
of all dreams: The Double Barreled Shotgun. You have been waiting for this
moment, ever since you last time held it in your arms in Doom 2. Unlock Sarges
Locker with the code 428, and grab the most beautiful weapon in the game. Feel
free to do the good old Doom guy grin. Don't forget to take the Admin key in
his locker.

You can now swap between the Single Barrel and the Double Barrel by pressing
"3" repeatedly. However, as powerful as the Double Barrel is, you might want to
think about using single shell shots against weaker enemies to save shells.

Now, back to the action. Before you leave his office, check out the picture on
the Wall with Sarge and a Bear, probably the same that hangs in his Office.
Head out the door, and go past the place where you killed the Z-Sec Soldier.
Now that you have the key, you can scan at the terminal to unlock it and
proceed. There's a Med Kit on the Shelf, Clip and Shells in the Ammo Box on
the floor, a body on the floor, and the second Power Cell. Grab it. As the
system powers down, two Zombies burst out into the room. It's time to test the
new toy, so enjoy the boom from the Double Barreled Shotgun as you blow them
to hell. In the future, I would recommend not using two shells on one zombie,
but for now it's pure pleasure. Another zombie comes waltzing from outside
the door, so kill him any way you want. As you try to leave the room and enter
the corridor, another zombie appears. Kill it. Head to the door that leads to
the small corridor and enter it. The door behind you will lock and everything
will become red. Tons of Zombies will start coming towards you, and you can
solve this in many ways. This is an excellent chance to use some of that pistol
Ammo you've been saving, but you might not be able to hold everyone of them
back, so anyway that works is good. Once they are dead, the screen will become
normal, and you can head past the pipes, through the door, recharge any lost
health and climb down the ladder.

Equip your Grabber, and proceed out the door. A Vulgar will spawn and open
the Artifact Control Door, and you should be able to grab his fireballs and
kill him before he gets close. Once you enter Artifact Control, you'll hear
some girl breathe heavily and two new Vulgar's will appear in the next corridor
that you are going through.

Enter the door and pick up the Body Armor on the floor and the Med Kit on the
Computer Desk. Then, you can insert both Power Cells into the Power Cell
Generator, and go over to the computer screen and press "Vent Gas". This will
complete the second objective, but don't be too lazy now, as two Z-Sec's will
storm the room and try to kill you. Quickly take them out before they can do
too much damage, and head out the door. A Vulgar will spawn when you enter the
Corridor, so take it out with standard Procedure. As you near the door,
A Z-Sec will start shooting at you, and he's not fooled so easily. Wait til he
ceases fire, equip the shotgun and storm him. Hopefully he won't have time to
react before you blow him up. If you are hurt, take your time up the stairs and
recharge your health.

No matter what, go into the room between Artifact Control and Offices, and a
Z-Sec will appear. Take him out, and head to Artifact Storage. Go down into
the center of the room, grab the PDA and the ammo from the shelves, and go to
the Artifact at the wall to complete your objective. As you move, three
Vulgar's spawn, so take them out, and finally the zombie that appears from the
door. Open the door he came from, and two other Zombies waits for you.
Take them out any way you want, but remember old Doom 2 level, Barrels O'fun.
Enter the next room, grab the Med Kit and the Armor Shards, and finally open
the Bay Door. Now you can exit the level!

===================================
* Level 04: Erebus Control [3ECO] *
===================================

The door opens, and you are getting deeper inside the Erebus Complex. A Huge
Fan hums loudly, and some really nice shadows bathe the room. Be prepared!
As you enter the room, you hear a friendly voice. A Man high up in the room
gives you your next objective.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Find Dr.Cloud
1: Power the Lift
-Find 2 power cells to activate the lift that leads into the ventilation system
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

You'll find Shells in the Ammo box on the left side, medkits on the shelves
and the Power Cell Generator in the right side of the room. Head up the stairs
and a Imp will pop up. Let him taste his fireball and turn around to open the
door. A Fat Zombie will come after you, so take him down. Two Z-Sec's will be
waiting for you inside the room, and can be abit hard to take out without
getting hurt. Try tossing a grenade to weaken them, this will also cause them
to get closer to the door, making it easier to hit them. If you are hurt, there
are enough med kits in the first room to make up for it. In the left side of
the room, there are some Armor Shards and Bullets. When the room is clear, head
out the next door. Some Roof Plates will suddenly fall down, and a Vulgar comes
down! Lead him back to the previous room and take him out with the grabber.
Enter the room again, and grab Security Armor underneath the hanging body.
Crouch under the flame, and be on your guard, a Vulgar appears. Take him out
and head to the only door that can be opened at the moment. Enter it, and walk
towards the next door. Watch out, an Imp is waiting for you, so blast it with
your Shotgun. Back into the room, a Z-Sec is taking cover behind a Barrel,
and he can be hard to take out. Try a Grenade, but if that doesn't help, use
the machinegun and aim for his head, or see if you can hit the explosive
Barrel behind him. Watch out, once you reach his location, a Vulgar will spawn
behind you. Quickly kill it. As you turn around again to take a peak at the
Storage Cabinet, an Imp will appear behind you, so take care of it. Turn around
towards the Storage Cabinet but head to the left. All the way at the end there
are some Grenades for you to pick up. Head back to the Storage Cabinet. There's
no code for it yet, so you have to find one.

Turn around to where the Imp Appeared, and then take left. Down the Stairs
you'll see a gross tunnel, that's where you are heading. Go through it, and
watch out for the Imp to the right. Take it out, and turn left to stop the
crazy Z-Sec Zombie shooting you from behind the fence. Another Z-Sec will
appear to the right, so deal with them as good as you can. If you are hurt, you
can then grab the med kit on the ground. As you head up the stairs, two Vulgars
will spawn, so use the grabber to kill them. Go past the stairs and turn left,
up the other set of stairs and look to your left. A bunch of barrels and boxes
are blocking an area, so move them to reveal a Med Kit, Shells and Clip. As you
approach the door by the flame, an Imp will appear from the darkness. Show him
what you have learned so far! Then, enter the door and head up the stairs. A
Zombie will suddenly(And dangerously close) lounge towards you, so kill it with
the shotgun. There's a PDA on the floor which will update your security
Clearance, so grab that one, and scan yourself at the door. Go through it, and
take to the left. There's a Health Station there! If you checked the PDA, you
will also notice that he was kind enough to write the code to the Storage
Cabinet, which conveniently is just below the health station. Jump down and
enjoy the two shells with Code 937.

Head back into the gross tunnel, cross the stairs, take left up the nest set
stairs and turn right. Scan your Security Clearance by the Door, and it will
open. When it does, a Z-Sec will see you, and come running. Greet him with a
shotgun blast or a rain of bullets, and enter the room. Then, enter the door
closest to the right. A Zombie is obviously too dumb to understand the game
doesn't work anymore, so teach him a lesson. There's a Med Kit on the floor.
Turn right and walk into the room, and a Imp will jump towards you. Take him
out quickly before he can do any damage. On the floor there's Security Armor
and a large pack of Shells, definitely worth the visit into the room. Head
back out, and turn to the right, up the stairs, and two Vulgar's will appear
and attack you. They are easy targets for your Grabber. Head into the door to
the right, pick up the Shells and the Clip on the left side of the floor, turn
right and the room will become red. Three Zombies and a Imp will appear, so
quickly kill them before they can surround you. A Small locker is conveniently
placed nearby, use that to kill the Zombies, while using the Shotgun to take
out the Imp.

Exit the room and head further in, and a crashing sound will reveal a burning
Zombie rushing toward you. If you have the distance, some pistol shots will
easily take him out, saving more valuable ammo. There's only one door left in
this room, so enter it. Two Z-Sec's will appear, take them out. If you are hurt
retreat back to the previous room, and enter the small room with the orange
blinking light. There's a med kit there. Then, proceed back to the room with
the Z-Sec's. Some Ammo will be on the floor, probably from the Z-Sec's, so feel
free grabbing it. You can't enter the door to the left yet, so continue into
the hallway til you find Grenades and a Med Kit. Turn around and enter the Door
and then enter Excavation Transfer. A Vulgar will spawn, take him out. Grab the
PDA and you'll also get a new Mission Objective.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Find Dr.Cloud
1: Power the Lift - Find 2 power cells to activate the lift that leads into
the ventilation system.
2: Start Dig Site Lift - Locate a power cell to start the lift
the lift in Excavation Transfer
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nothing more to do here right now, so head back the way you came, and scan
yourself on the Security Clearance Terminal at the door. It will open and you
can go inside. Two Zombies will stagger towards you, so take your time with
them. Head to the left past the Flame, and two Z-Sec's will attack you. Put an
end to their misery and grab the ammo they drops. Remove the Power Cell from
the Power Cell Generator, and the room will grow dark, and two Vulgar's will
spawn. They should not be too much of a problem, but if you're hurt, there's a
med kit by the flame. Around the corner you'll find a Storage Cabinet, the code
is 937. Grab the content, and get out the door.

You will see a Vulgar come out the door to Excavation Transfer, so wait til it
comes into firing range, and show him how dangerous his fireballs can be,
before heading into the door he came from. A Z-Sec will be on the other side of
the room, so kill it with a precise long distance weapon like the Machine Gun.
Then, head to the Power Cell Generator and insert the Power Cell. Good, the
Second Objective is completed and the Elevator is working. Just as a precaution
save before taking the elevator. Ride one of the platforms, turn 180 degrees
and quickly get off before you are squashed.

There's only one door here, so enter it. A Med kit is on the ground, so grab
it if you need it, otherwise continue into the hallway. Open the door, and you
will see a Z-Sec guarding a position. When he notices you, he'll run towards
the door, so back up, and storm back in to surprise him. He won't live to see
another day. There's a Zombie in the back of the room, sitting on a couch.
Point the flashlight at him and he'll wake up, so shoot him before he gets
close. Lots of snacks in this room. Turn 90 degrees to the left and you should
see a small hidden part of the room with Armor Shards and a full Health Machine
waiting to be used! Back up the the center of the room, and look to the left
you should see a PDA on the ground by a body. Grab it and two Vulgars will
spawn behind you. Try your best to avoid damage, but there's a sweet health
Station waiting for you so don't panic if you get hurt. Focus on taking them
out as soon as possible. On the table you'll find Shells, on the floor beside
it you'll find bullets. Head over to the place where the Z-Sec first stood and
enter the Door. To the left there's a Z-Sec waiting for you, so aim for his
head and he should go down quickly. Go to the place he stood, and you'll find
the second(and best!) mini-game, the "Hellanoid"! More info in the Mini-Games
part. Before taking some time to play it, clear out the room by the kitchen
table. There's a Z-Sec in there behind a crate. Now, head back into the
kitchen and you can enjoy some sweet Hellanoid!

When you are done with Hellanoid, continue to the room where you killed the
Z-Sec, and enter the door there. A Imp will crawl up and attack you, so kill
it quickly before it can do any damage. There's a chance you have lost some
health by now, so just to be sure, backtrack two rooms and use the Health
Station to refill any lost health. Then, come back to the room you just came
in. Pass the barrels and descend the stairs, and scan the Security Clearance
by the Door to open it. There's a Med Kit there, take it if you need it, then
release the Bridge and cross it while having your Grabber equipped. A Vulgar
will spawn infront of you, so make short work of it. To your right there is a
ladder, which you can use to climb down. There's a Power Cell Generator waiting
for you when you get down, so remove the Power Cell, and turn around to face
the wall, a Zombie will burst out from it, and two of his Zombie Buddies will
join too. When they are gone, head back out and up the stairs and into the door
to get to the room you were in earlier. A Zombie will climb up on your left,
so take him out quickly. There's nowhere else to go now, so turn right from the
door, crouch under the flame and quickly counterattack the spawned Vulgar. Head
into the door, and kill the Imp and the Vulgar that appears in the room. Then
take the next door, head forward, left and down the stairs and insert the
Power Cells into the Power Cell Generator. The First Objective is now complete!
If you were hurt on the way here, grab any remaining Med Kits that are left,
and then raise the Elevator and climb the ladder. Follow the path to the end,
past a ladder to your right, til you find a Clip and a Body. Then go back to
the ladder and descend it. Crouch in order to fall through the hole, pick up
the armor shards and refill any health at the Health Station. Then, head to the
elevator, and set your destination to Erebus Research and enter it. Activate
the Elevator to exit the level!

====================================
* Level 05: Erebus Research [3ERE] *
====================================

Things are about to get really dirty and hard. As soon as you exit the elevator
two imps will spawn and pummel you with fireballs. Try dodging them while
responding fire. Once the Imps are gone, three Vulgar's will spawn, making
things even harder. This is one place where hunting them down with the shotgun
can be better than using the grabber, there will be too many fireballs at the
same time to focus on catching and aiming. So, run down, as soon as the imps
spawn, take out the explosive barrels next to them and then try to kill the
Vulgar's immediately as they spawn. Watch out for the nosey Zombie that joins
the party. Things are about to get far worse, so don't relax yet. To the left
behind some grates there's Shells, up on the small bridge to the left there's
some med kits and behind some grates far to the right there's some Armor
Shards. After you have stocked up the goods, head into the only open door and
kill the two Zombies that comes after you. Pick up the Shells on the floor,
notice the door that requires an ID Scan and continue further. Two imps will
appear, so take them out with the grabber. Under the pipe to the right you'll
find some Grenades, and then head for the door. Head left and up the stairs,
and then turn right and go into the door, and enjoy the cutscene which should
clear up a thing or two. Another good thing, is that you get access to the
Armory you just passed, so get on to it. You'll soon see a Flashlight Zombie
slowly walk down the stairs, so take your time to kill him with the Pistol
before he can reach you. Head up the stairs and open the door. You'll see a
Zombie come towards you, so kill him quickly and change to a better weapon,
cause a Vulgar will also appear. End his miserable life. After the Vulgar is
dead, try to go down the stairs in the room and you'll see an Imp. Take him
out and proceed down the stairs and to the left, head to the ammo box and grab
the Shells. Then go down the stairs to the right, take the Armor Shards and
refill your health at the Health Station and climb the stairs and exit the
door to your right. Proceed forward and a Zombie will walk towards you, kill
it quickly and be ready to reflect the fireballs at the Vulgar. Continue along
the way til you reach the ammo box, quickly grab bullets and Shells and turn
right to face another Vulgar. When he's done, head towards the door, but turn
180 to face yet another Vulgar that spawns behind you. Now head into the door,
and one Imp followed by two Vulgar's will spawn, but you have the advantage.
They have to round a corner, where they will usually stop up to fire a fireball
at you, which you can easily reflect back at them. When they are dead, follow
the way to the door and go through it. An Imp will be at the bottom of the
stairs, so just wait for him and let him have it. At the bottom of the room you
will also find a PDA, Grenades and a Med Kit. Grab what you need and go out the
door.

Prepare for another hectic fight. Two Imps and Three Vulgars will spawn, but
they are easier now than last time due to the layout of the room. Don't play
with them, hunt each one down with the shotgun and Slow Down time, and you
should not have any problems. Pick up the Armor Shards and the Med Kit hidden
by some crates and barrels, but don't go out the door by the stairs yet. Turn
around and head right, where you'll see a Fence. Now, use the grabber or just
the laws of physics to move a box to the big box by the fence so that you can
climb it. You'll find a Med Kit, a Big box of Shells and a Clip. Head back
over the fence by climbing the boxes, and run to the door by the stairs.
Scan your Security Clearance, and quickly get out your grabber to kill the
three Imps that starts attacking you. Follow the platform and head into the
door. Turn left and you'll see the armory, but immediately turn back because
a Imp will spawn. Kill it and scan the ID Panel to enter the Armory.

You'll get a new Objective once inside, and a Vulgar will spawn and attack you
so quickly kill it and then study your new objective.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Phobos Labs
1: Surface Access - Get the enviroment suit and follow the waste tunnels to
the cargo station on the surface.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Grab the PDA in the locker to your right, pick up the shells between the
shelves to the left, use the health station if needed, pick up the Chaingun
and the ammo and go through the door. Follow the path and the stairs, and
save your game before going through the door.

As you enter the Door, a cutscene will play where the Marine picks up a helmet
and heads out the door. You'll notice that the oxygen will be slowly dropping,
so get moving! You will need to make your way through the sewers, and in order
to keep your Oxygen up you must grab Enviro Tanks that is spread around the
room and drops of Biohazard Zombies.

There's little time to stop up, so quickly head down the stairs and kill
the Zombie to the Left and grab the tank that he drops. Proceed over the bridge
and turn right, run along the ledge and turn right to another bridge. Beware, a
Cherub will spawn on the bridge, quickly take him out on the bridge! Head on
to the left, take out the next Cherub, and head down the stairs and grab the
Enviro Tank. Take out the Maggot to the right, and the two Biohazard Zombies
to the left, and grab their tanks. Turn around and head forwards.

Now things will become hard. Very hard. You only have a limited time before
you have to find more Enviro Tanks, so you must constantly hurry up. A Maggot
comes towards you, kill it quickly. Two Cherubs will spawn and rush you, and
to make things worse, a Mancubus will spawn! Well, you don't have a choice.
Equip the Chaingun and kill the Cherubs. Equip the Double Barrel Shotgun and
and then activate the Slow Down. Dance with the Mancubus, and take him out
before the Slow Down runs out. Then, proceed into the big door behind him,
turn left and into the next door.

Kill the three Maggots that wait for you, grab the med kit by the stairs.
Head up the stairs, quickly rush along the path killing the Cherubs and
Maggots that spawn. Time will start running out, but follow the path and two
Biohazard Zombies will be on top of some stairs to your left. Kill them,
grab the Enviro Tanks and grab all the yummy supplies that wait for you there.
Quicksaving now is recommended.

Head back down the stairs, over the bridge, kill the Cherub, head to the right
and grab the Enviro Tank, turn left and head towards the stairs down, and
another Mancubus will spawn. The best you can do here, is to wait til he
passes and then quickly run into the door infront of you. Enter the next door,
and kill the two Maggots on the ground and the Biohazard Zombie up on the
Stairs. Grab the Med Kit, Ammo Belts and his Enviro Tank, head up the stairs
and follow the ledge, grab the Enviro Tank before crossing the bridge, run
over it and down to the left. Enter the door infront of you, kill the Cherub
in the small room and enter another big room. Kill the Maggot, run to the
stairs, grab the Ammo, run up the stairs and kill the Cherub. Head over the
Bridge to the left, then turn left and grab the Enviro Tank in the corner.
Turn 180 degrees immediately and be ready for another Cherub spawning. Kill it
quickly, and head to where it spawned. To the left is the stairs and the door
out! Enter it and the Marine will remove his helmet and you're home free.

Enter the Room, turn left and head up the stairs infront of you, turn right
and head up the next stairs. Instead of taking the last stairs, head to the
right of them and grab the Armor Shardes, before climbing the stairs. There is
two Med Kits here, grab them if you need them, and then Cycle The Airlock.
Enter and Exit the level by clicking on the panel on the wall.

===================================
* Level 06: Erebus Station [3EST] *
===================================

You'll start with a Bang. As you exit the door, you'll find yourself on the
Surface, the air quickly draining. Turn left and then turn right, run forward
and two Cacodemons will spawn! Take care of them quickly and head forward til
you reach the small stairs infront of you. Run to the Right, grab the
Air Canister, turn around and follow the fenced part. You'll reach a Ladder and
another Air Canister, so grab it and climb the Ladder. Follow the path, and two
Vulgar will spawn. Take care of the one to your left first, and follow the path
to the end to find Med Kit and Air Canister. Now things will become seriously
hard. One Cacodemon and three or four Vulgars will spawn, all intent on killing
you. There's no tactic here. Time is incredibly short, improve your odds by
activating Slow Down, and head past all the mobs, down the stairs, turn left,
and you should soon see the Air Cycler. Hopefully your air will hold, if not
there is another Air Canister to the left of you, but a Vulgar will spawn right
infront of it. You'll end up wasting more time. Run for your life to the Air
Cycler and Enter it.

Finally, a friendly face! There's a mechanic looking at a defect Sentry, and
he'll chat a little. To the left of you, there's some Med Kits which you can
grab. Walk towards the door and you'll get a new Objective.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Phobos Labs
1: Sentry Bot - Find the Sentry Bot in the Maintenance Tunnels
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To your left you'll find a body and some Armor Shards. Head up the stairs and
go into the room. As you try to go down the stairs, it will fall down. Jump
down and two Vulgars will spawn. Take them out with the grabber to save some
of the ammo you used in the Sewers. Grab the clip by the door, look to the left
and you'll see Shells. Enter the door, and a Vulgar will soon appear. Take him
out, and continue forward, and the room will go dark and two Zombies will head
towards you. Kill them both. To the right of the door there's an opening with
some Armor Shards, to the left there's a Hanging Body. Enter the door and a
Fat Zombie will appear, so kill him. Step more into the room and a Vulgar will
spawn on the lower level, but he'll quickly come up to where you are so take
care of him. Head down the stairs, turn right an head down the second pair of
stairs and take the door to the right. Kill the Zombie here, head down the
stairs and walk carefully. The place is a trap. slowly walk toward the PDA, and
look to your left. You'll see a Zombie hiding and waiting for you. Kill it
before grabbing the PDA, and immediately turn around, killing the Vulgar that
spawns. So much for that trap! Grab the clip and the Med Kit if you need it in
the Ammo Box. Check the PDA, and it will reveal a Storage Cabinet Code, 134!
Head back up to the door you came from, open it and kill the vulgar inside,
just to be safe that it won't be able to surprise you. Turn around and head to
the Armory Door and Scan the Security Clearance, and you'll be able to enter.
Use the Health Station if you need, and unlock the two Storage Cabinets. There
is a lot of snacks here. Grab the Two Ammo Belt and the Clip from 034 and the
Shells, Bullets and the Armor Shard from 035.

Save your Game now that it's nice and quiet, because things will soon go from
good to bad. Head out of the Armory, and then out the other door you killed the
Vulgar in. Up the first stairs, and then head into the Door. As you walk
towards the locked door, a Vulgar will spawn behind you, so take it out fast
and then you'll face your first Revenant coming from the locked door. Use the
Double Barreled Shotgun to kill him in one shot. If you are hurt, head back to
the Armory and refill your health. Head back to the locked door with the Panel
on the Wall, and open it.

You might want to save again, at least a Quick Save. The next part is really,
really hard. It's also hard to write a good guide through this area, since it's
mostly constantly dark, only lit up by the Sentrybot and your own Flashlight.
Tons of monsters will spawn, so stay close to the Sentrybot, and help him out
by taking out some of the monsters. It's for your own good ;) Eventually you
will reach the end, and you can grab the goodies that wait for you and refill
your health. Head into the small room and climb the ladder. Follow the only
way through the shaft until you reach a disgusting looking room. The Objective
will be complete. Now, save your game. There's no question here, because when
you head over to the Monorail Control, you'll encounter the Second Boss!

###############################################################################

BOSS: THE SECOND HUNTER
The Second Hunter is a whole different game than the first one. He is fast and
hits really hard. To kill him, you'll need to attack the Orange Glowing Ball in
his Chest. Use the Slow Down Time Ability to make him as agile as a Turtle, and
unload your Chaingun into the ball. After some damage he will change and start
throwing fireballs at you. Dodge them and he will change back to hunting you,
so just repeat the procedure until he is dead. Easier said than done though,
he is hard until you can get the timings right.

###############################################################################

After defeating the Second Hunter you'll get the Artifact's second Powerup,
The Berserk! This will increase your damage four times, making even simple
weapons like the fists into lethal weapons! Anyway, don't waste the Charges on
Petty monsters, there will be lots of tough areas to come, and having a fully
charged Artifact will come handy.

Another thing before you move on. I've noticed that many ask how you use the
different powers of the Artifact, so I'll clear it up now. All the Current
Powers you have gained will be activated at once when you use the Artifact.
That means, when you have the first two powers, both Slow Down time and Berserk
will be activated at the same time.

Anyway, back to the room you are standing in. A Monorail have appeared, so just
head into it and go to the front and click on the panel to exit the level!

===================================
* Level 07: Phobos Labs [3PLA]    *
===================================

After arriving at the Phobos Labs, Dr. McNeil will update you on your next
objective.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Experimental Teleporter
1: Activate Teleporter - Find and activate the Phobos Labs
Experimental Teleporter
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Head out the door, and grab the Med Kit and Bullets near the body. Turn to the
left and head towards the rail. There's a ladder there, so descend it and
follow the path to find the Rocket Launcher! There's only five Rockets, but it
sure is sweet anyway! Climb up the nearest ladder, and head to the stacks of
boxes under the stairs. There are some Armor Shards on them, to reach them you
have to jump up on the boxes and crouch. After grabbing them, crawl back out
and head up the stairs. There's two bodies on the second floor, and you'll
find A Shotgun, Shells, Machine Gun and Clips by them. Now head up the last
stairs and into the door. The room will grow unpleasantly dark, but lighten up
again. So head up the stairs and into the next Door. A Commando Zombie will
run towards you! Pump him full of lead before he can hit you with his tentacle
and continue forward. Two Z-Secs will be waiting for you, so lead one of them
back to the door out of sight for the other, and then hunt down the second.
Head up where the second was standing, and refill your health. Grab the Ammo
on the floor before continuing into the next door. It's Prickshot Time! Two
Zombies will stagger toward you, so equip the pistol and take your time with
them. When you explore the room they came from, another Zombie will appear, and
he brought his Vulgar friend with him. Take them both out and refill any lost
health at the Health Station. Back into the room where the Zombies appeared,
and take the next door. Descend the Stairs and a Vulgar will appear, kill him
quickly before he can do any damage.

Open the Double Doors at the bottom, and look to the right. A Fat Zombie will
come after you, so end his suffering. There's a big Med Kit to your right and
a body, and a elevator. Wait with the Elevator, and head further down into the
next door. A Chaingun Commando will appear, so kill him quickly before he can
damage you much. The Chaingun is extremly deadly..to the ones one the wrong
side of the Barrel, so don't waste a second. Two Vulgars will also appear in
the room, so deal with it any way you like. Try heading down to the left, and
two Vulgar's will spawn behind you. They should be an easy fight by now.
When you get down to the SkyTram Station Door, turn left to face a UAC Wall.
To the left of it you'll find a Med Kit and Rockets. Go past the Skytram Door
and you'll find another door with an ID Scan. Ignore it for now, and up the
stairs behind you. There's Shells and Med Kits behind the Blue Crate. Enter
the only other open door in this room. A Tentacle Commando will run toward you
so get up close and personal with the Double Barreled. Ascend the stairs in the
gross room, and enter the door at the top.

There's a Med Kit and Clips to your left in case you need a refill. Head to the
right, and several Z-Sec's will storm the room. However, even if you are
outnumbered, you are never outgunned. Play it strategic, hide when they fire
constantly and rush them when they reload. There's also two zombies that comes
out from the back of the room, so after you have killed those, grabbed all the
ammo that is spread around in the room, head back into the back of the room
with the pipes. There's a Security Armor there, but as you get out to the main
part of the room, two Vulgar's will spawn. Kill them.

Head into the Double Doors at the end of the room, and you'll be surprised by
an old friend, Pinky! One blast with the Double Barrel and he's gone. Watch it
so that you're not bitten though. A Zombie will appear from the right as you
head for the next set of doors, so kill it.

Open the doors, and a Commando will see you. Back up and wait for him to open
the doors, and blast him. Two Z-Sec's will also wait for you when you enter,
so lure them back and kill them quickly. If you are hurt much, there's a
Med Kit and a clip to your left. There's some Bullets behind the box near the
right wall, and a Locked Door. By now, you have probably noticed a familiar
sight, the Teleporter! Head down the stairs, past the Teleporter and into the
Glass door. Hold on, things will become hairy. Grab the Rockets on the floor,
refill your health, and walk over to the MCS Uplink monitor.
Activate it, and Scan for Active Pads. There's only one choice right now,
so choose "Pad 1 Delta", and Hell will break loose. The Power will cut,
and a Hell Knight will appear by the Teleporter. Dr. McNeil will contact you
and inform you of your next objective.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Meet Dr. McNeil
1: Skytram - Take the SkyTram to the Phobos Labs Research Sector and
Rendezvouz with Dr. Elizabeth McNeil.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As you exit the door, you'll see a Chaingun Commando and a Revenant spawn.
Take them out, and refill your health quickly. Another Revenant comes for you,
so teach him a lesson. Walk towards the stairs, and another Revenant comes to
get you. Wait for him to get down the stairs, and quickly jump infront of him
and kill him with the Double Barreled.

Climb the stairs and turn to the left and take the now open door with the
broken monitor beside it. Kill the Zombie that appears on your left, and turn
to the right. Walk towards the opening, and you'll see two Vulgar's. One will
attack you, while the other will climb up somewhere..Stop the attacking Vulgar
and head into the room. Take the left turn and the other Vulgar will drop down
to attack you. He shouldn't last too long. Head further along the left turn
and two Z-Sec's will attack you, so kill them quickly before they can do too
much damage. Turn around and head to the right turn instead. There's a barrel
on the bridge, shoot it from a distance to safely pass. Watch out now.

A Revenant will appear, and should be eliminated as soon as possible. After he
is dead, turn around and kill the Vulgar that spawned on the left side. Then
turn back to the right side and kill the Zombies that comes around the corner.
Head through the door. Kill the Zombies and the Vulgar that attacks you, grab
the Armor Shards by the Barrels to the right, and look to the left. There's
Shells on the left Shelf and Med Kit on the right. Use the Grabber to get the
Med Kit. There's also a Storage Cabinet here, but you don't have the code..
So head to the double doors at the end of the room, and kill the Pinky who
attacks you.

Crouch down into the whole on the ground and head forward, and then left. A
body will fall down and you'll hear a monster growl. It's safe in the room
however, so climb up and enjoy the goodies. There's a Clip, Ammo Belt, PDA,
ID Card, Rockets AND a Full Health Station. Now talk about Bonus!

Anyway, climb down into the hole again and back into the room where Pinky
appeared. Then, go back into the room with the Storage locker, and enter code
714 to get Shells and Ammo Belt!

Head back into the hole in the Pinky Room, and back up into the small room.
Exit it to find the Elevator to the Lobby, so take it. When you get out of the
Elevator, turn a sharp Left and open the door. Yuck. Don't stay around too long
because it's not a pretty sight. Turn around and head down the stairs to the
double doors. Something sure has happened here, because every room is gross.
Hold on to your guns, because a Hell Knight will suddenly appear! Fear not
though, activate a charge of the Artifact and kill him with ONE Single
Double Barreled Shotgun shot. Two Revenants will also join the party, but they
are no match to the might of the Ol' Trusty Double Barrel. If you didn't grab
it earlier, there's still a med kit by the giant door. Head down the stairs
to the left and scan your ID Card to open the door to the SkyTram. Take out the
Revenant, and enter the SkyTram. Activate it.

When the ride is over, your mission objective will be over, and you can head to
the right door, and open it. Click on the Panel to exit the level!

===================================
* Level 08: Phobos Labs 2 [3Pl2]  *
===================================

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Meet Dr. McNeil
1: Locate Dr. McNeil - Rendezvous with Dr. Elizabeth McNeil
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The level starts with you getting your first objective. Head out of the
elevator, and look at the place. It's a mess, and you are forced to clean up.

Anyway, there's a med kit hiding behind some crates to the right, so if you
need it, make sure to grab it to be prepared for the things to come. Then,
head to the left part of the room. There's a Clip by the Central Desk and a
Body, and two more Med Kits by the grates to the left. Another Med Kit and some
Armor Shards hide behind another pair of Grates all the way to the left, but
you should only need the Armor Shards by now. There's only one door you can
go through at the moment, so enter the one with the Green Lit Panel. Enter the
Gallery to the right and experience a funny Camera Zoom Effect. Head behind
the Objects on Display to find a Security Armor and proceed out the door
and into the other door to your right. There's a Med Kit and a Body here too
by the way, but just keep them in mind.

When you enter the room, look to your right. Use the grabber to move the
Barrel, and you'll find a huge box of Shells and two Med Kits! Now turn back
and go through the Metal Detetctor. In front of you there are some Armor Shards
and a Body, and to the left there's currently the only available door, so go
through it. Take the right path and search thru the boothes. The first has
health, while the second has rockets. Head into the Conference Room and Grab
the PDA. The room will go dark, and you will be visited by two Revenants and
three Vulgar's. Tricky fight, but hang in there. There's alot of health on this
level to fix the damage. Head into the first and second Booth to refill your
health, this should be enough to get you on your feet again. Go back past the
conference room, and into the next booth where you will find Armor Shards and
a Ammo Belt. The next Booth contains another Med Kit, so you should grab that
one too unless you have very high health and feel safe.

Now as you try to exit the room, you will be introduced to the a very naughty
Monster, the Bruiser. Forget fighting clean with him, you won't be able to
survive long. Activate the Artifact, and kill him with one shot from the
Double Barrel. This is your best chance for survival, and it will also save
tons of firepower and health you normally would have used.

Also, after the Bruiser is dead, take your time to read the PDA you just found
because it has some quite funny e-mails in it, about Soda Consumption and
Naughty Internet Usage. Now, after you are done, head out to the room the
Bruiser appeared. Recharge your Artifact with the Soul and scan your Security
Clearance at the Research Sector B Door. Head down the stairs and to the right
you will see Dr. McNeil! After a cutscene, you will emerge back outside her
door and you will also have a new ID Card. Head past her room and into the one
to the right to find a Med Kit. Back out and to the right and follow the
corridor to the door at the end. Go through it and pick up the Ammo and any
Med Kits you might need, and go through the next door. Follow the path to the
left and grab the shells on the floor, then cycle the Air Lock to get outside.

When you get outside, kill the Forgotten that flies toward you and grab the
clips infront of you. Turn left and run towards the other Fenced area, and take
the left turn for an Air Canister. Follow the Fenced Area until you meet a
Revenant, quickly kill him with the Double Barrel, and run along the path,
up the stairs, kill the Forgotten that attacks you and Scan your ID card As
soon as possible on the door to the right. There's very little time and your
health will probably drop before you get inside safely.

Once inside, follow the route and climb the stairs upwards first. Grab the
Med Kit and then Execute the Emergency Shutdown at the Machine. You will get
a new mission objective from Dr. McNeil.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Experimental Teleporter
1: Shutdown Research Power - Shutdown Research Auxiliary Power and reroute
it to the experimental teleporter

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Head down the stairs and take the lower stairs this time. At the end of the
path a Revenant will show up, so quickly kill him any way you can. Two Vulgar
come from around the corner, so deal with them, and head around it to find
another Revenant. Once they are gone, you can relax and refill your health
completely at the Health Station. There's also a body there if you need it,
otherwise just proceed into the door. You will enter an outdoor area, and some
forgotten ones will attack you. Kill them quickly, and head back inside and
wait for your oxygen to recover fully. The more enemies you can kill this way,
the easier it will be to cross the outdoor area. Kill the Forgotten Souls and
the Cacodemon that appears outdoors, head back inside to regain your Oxygen
and your health. Finally, cross the Outdoor Area, but don't let your guard down
since two Vulgar's will attack you as soon as you get inside. Kill them both,
and head to the right to grab some Shells. Turn left and head into the door at
the end, and three Vulgar's will appear. Take them out one by one and enter the
room. Head into the door at the right, grab the ammo and refill your health and
open the door carefully. Five Z-Secs will rush the small room and attack you.
Back up carefully while you take out each one of them at close range with the
Double Barrel. This should easily solve the problem. Refill any lost health.
Enter the Room where the Z-Secs came from, and shrug at the sight of the dirty
bloody kitchen. I'm sure even the unopened cans of Soda would taste bad here.
Anyway, not much of interest apart from one thing, a new minigame! Head over to
the Martian Buddy-Blaster and play some if you like. It's nice to relax a
little bit after the blood and glory you've gone through now. When you have
rested and saved up some energy, you should get back into the action. Take this
opportunity to save the game though.

Turn to the right from the game, and face the door infront of you. You'll find
Armor Shards and a Ammo Belt. Exit the room and turn right, go down the stairs
and turn to the right. Two Z-Sec's will come attacking you, so deal with them
as soon as possible. There's a Clip and a Med Kit by the crates to your right,
make sure you grab them before continuing. Enter the next room and three other
Z-Secs will appear. Take them on, head past the door, grab the PDA, Bullets and
Shells. Enter the door you just passed and grab all the items in the small room
before moving on. You will get to a raised bridge, so check your PDA for a
Bridge Code. It's 281 by the way, so punch it in. Cross the newly extended
bridge and enter the small room. Three Z-Secs is guarding it, but they should
not be too hard. There's Med Kits on the floor, and best of all, you will find
the Plasma Rifle! This is a great weapon that works well against every monster
in the game, so take good care of it. On a Computerscreen behind you, you can
Activate the Lift, so push the button. On your way out of the room you'll see
a Z-Sec notice you, so cross the bridge and kill him and his two buddies that
gathers in the small room. Exit it and take right, and immediately turn left
and kill the Vulgar that appears from the Wall. As you go to investigate it,
another one spawns behind you, so quickly turn around and take him down. You
will find Shells and Cells in the room the Vulgar came from, so grab them.

Enter the next door and a Vulgar will be climbing on the walls, so kill it.
When you try to move forward another two Vulgars will attempt to surprise you
so give them a nice warm welcome. There are more surprises in this room, so as
you cross the corner to the left, activate the Artifact, because two Revenants
and two Vulgars will spawn. With the Artifact activated, you can easily kill
them. The Vulgars might spawn after the artifact is out, but don't worry, they
are easier once the Revenants are gone. Exit the door and recharge any lost
health at the Health Station before heading into the next door. Head out in the
middle of the room, and a Revenant will come from the door to your right. He
should not be a problem. Enter the doors he came from, and into the next set of
doubledoors. Grab the Armor and the Health, and then activate the lift.

Save your game.

Ride it to the lower level, grab all the nice Plasma Cells, and if you haven't
already, SAVE YOUR GAME. It would be a shame to do so much over again. You are
about to face the Third boss, and this time it's really hard. If you don't know
how to do it, it is very difficult. And even when you know how, it's no walk in
the park.

You have saved?

Proceed through the door to be taken into a cutscene which introduces the third
Hunter, and he sure looks the part.

###############################################################################

BOSS: THE THIRD HUNTER
To defeat the third Hunter, you should give him a taste of his own medicine.
Start out by equipping your grabber, and reflect the electric balls he throws
at you back at him. Stand on one of the elevated parts of the floor, don't
stand on the floor crates, since the Hunter will sometimes send a wave of
electricity through the floor. It really hurts, but you can avoid it totally by
standing on the parts with pillars. Now, after you have reflected his electric
balls a couple of time, he will head into the center and really charge himself
up. This is your cue. Quickly equip the Artifact, activate a charge and equip
the Double Barrel. Head to one of the Pillars with a Green Computer Screen and
click on it to open up the core of the pillar. With a Direct Hit from the
Double Barrel and under the influence of Berserk, you should be able to destroy
the Core in one hit, Max two. The Hunter will still continue to fire at you so
be on your guard. When the Pillar is destroyed, the Hunter will return to
his normal mode, so repeat the procedure by reflecting the Electric Balls and
then destroy another core. When you have destroyed the three cores, he will
return to normal, so just reflect his Electric Balls a few more times and he
will finally die, granting you the the final upgrade for the Artifact,
Invulnerability.

There are a lot of bodies to recharge your artifact under the floor, step on
a floor plate on one of the sides to be taken down. There are also health and
bodies there, so grab what you need but crouch while you are down there to
avoid being damaged(Contributed by chipz88)

###############################################################################

After you defeat him, grab the rest of the remaining items, recharge your
Artifact and head out the door you came from. Save your game and step on the
lift to be taken to another door. There's a Clip and a Med Kit there by a body
so grab what you can and proceed to the next door. React quickly, because a
Revenant will spawn and fire at you with his nasty rockets. Pick up the Armor
Shards by the Body and the big pack of Shells. Head into the path where the
Revenant spawned and go through the two doors. You'll now be in the Control
Room you passed while heading through the Metal Detector. Recharge your health,
grab the Plasma Cells and the PDA, and finally Open the Locked Door. A Bruiser
will spawn and determined make his way to the room you are in. There's only one
way to beat him now. Wait til you see him coming to the two doors you are
standing behind, then activate your Artifact, pull up your double barrel and
one shot kill him. Now immediately run to the place where he spawned, because
another Bruiser will spawn, so if you are quick enough you'll manage both one
on soul.

Pass through the Metal Detector and into the next room, and a Revenant will
spawn and come after you. Kill it and head past the Gallery into the other
door. Two Revenants will spawn, so take them out as good as you can. You will
also see a nasty looking Bruiser rampaging the place, so activate your
Artifact and kill him.

Head to the Bay Door that now has a Green Panel, and open it. Enter it and
click on the Panel to Exit the Level.

===================================
* Level 09: Phobos Labs 3 [3Pl3]  *
===================================

Start the level by exiting the Door, and head into the only open SkyTram.
Activate it and enjoy the short ride, and you'll soon arrive your next location
the Reactor Operations.

You will receive a new Mission Objective:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Experimental Teleporter
1: Shutdown Reactor - Shutdown the Phobos Labs Main Reactor
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Grab the Bullet and the Med Kit by the Body if you need it, charge up your
Artifact and head into either of the two doors. Three Zombies will stagger
towards you, so take your time with them. Head up the small set of stairs and
kill the Zombie that attacks you. To the right there are some Armor Shards
under the raised floor, so crouch under to get them. Enter the room to your
left to find it filled with Plasma Cells! There's a Zombie here too, but don't
let him stop you from getting the goodies in the room. Grab the Plasma Cells
and recharge your Health. Head out the door and kill the two Vulgars and the
Revenant that comes out from the door infront of you. Head up the stairs, go
to the left and enter the Door. There are some Armor Shards to the right of
you behind a barrel. When you have found them, and then enter the door. You'll
see a mighty impressive reactor! Be aware. This place will be crawling with
Forgotten Ones and Cacodemons soon, so have your Rapid Fire Weapons Ready.

You'll first face a Cacodemon and two Forgotten ones. Take them out with your
Machine gun, since they are easy. Proceed further on, and you'll face another
Cacodemon. Head to the Lift, and take it down. You'll now face another
Cacodemon and then a Forgotten one. Continue to take them down with your
Machine Gun, and save the heavy guns to later mobs. You *will* need it.
Proceed along the rail, and another Cacodemon and Forgotten will spawn. Head to
the lift and take it down. Enter the door at the end of the rail.

There's a clip, Ammo Belt and a Health Station in this room, so take what you
need first and then head towards the ladder. Don't climb it down yet, there's a
Zombie down there. Toss a few Grenades down to kill it, then climb down. Follow
the rail and climb down another Ladder, and then look for the next ladder and
descend it slowly. A Zombie will appear, so climb up and kill it with grenades.
Climb down, grab the PDA and the Reactor Key on the desk and the Security Armor
in the corner. Turn around and call the lift and ride it up. Kill the Vulgar
that appears in the other side of the room and enter the door to head back to
the Generator. Head to the right and rife the lift up. Two Cacodemons and three
Forgotten Ones will spawn from the Generator Core, so take them out one by one
and head to the next lift. Another Cacodemon and three more Forgotten ones will
spawn, so deal with them. Ride the lift up and a Cacodemon and two Forgotten
Ones will spawn from the core. Now head to the right, and scan the ID card on
the Panel by the door to open it. There's a Storage Cabinet here, a Body,
A full health station, and the computer to shut down the reactor. First, open
the Storage Cabinet with Code 492 and grab the goods. Secondly, refill your
health if it's low. Then, Shutdown the Reactor.

You will receive a new Mission Objective.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Experimental Teleporter
1: Life Support Systems - Shutdown Phobos Labs Life Support Systems
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Head out of the room, and you'll find the might Reactor down. Too bad, it was
really sweet. Anyway, activate the bridge from the machine infront of you and
turn to the right and run over the bridge and to the door. Two Z-Sec's will be
waiting for you, kill them as soon as you can and follow the path into the
room. Don't take the elevator yet, to the right of it there's some Armor Shards
and some additional Ammo. Grab what you need, save and use the lift.
As soon as it goes down, activate the artifact, because things will become hot.
Take out all the enemies down in the room with the Shotgun while you are
affected by the Artifact. There are something like five Revenants and one Pinky
and the room is almost pitch dark, so this IS hard.

When you are done, head out the door. The next part does not help one bit. It's
another hectic chase after the Sentry Bot in the total darkness, and with your
probably low Health, this is worse than the first time. Hopefully you'll make
it to the other side, so head to the Elevator and enter it.
Head for the Airlock location. Exit the Elevator, refill your Plasma Ammo if
needed and charge your Artifact with the body. Then, cycle the airlock and
get ready...another outdoor sprint.

There's a body to your right, if you feel you have the time then charge it.
Otherwise then just follow the path, grabbing the Air Canister before going
down the two ladders and into the Air Cycler. Don't relax, because as soon as
the door opens, you are being attacked by two Z-Sec's. Kill them off fast, or
you might have a problem surviving. When you have taken them out, recharge your
health completely at the Health Station and save your game. Head down the
stairs, turn around and crouch under the platform to grab some Armor Shards and
a Ammo Belt. Then, head to the Elevator, and ride it to the Cargo Tunnels.

Exit the Elevator, turn left and head to the door. This doesn't look good.
Release the Shutter Seals to get some light in the room. A Hell Knight and a
Revenant will appear, take them out the best way you can. You can kill the
Hell knight by returning his fireballs at him. Enter the next room, and prepare
for another encounter with a Revenant and a Hell Knight. For a change, take up
your Rocket Launcher and let them have it. After those two are dead, ANOTHER
pair shows up. Take them out any way you can. I recommend killing the Revenant
with the Double Barrel, and then returning four-five fireballs at the
Hell knight once you get him into the long corridor. Follow the path and enter
the door at the end, and Pinky will scare you half to death. Quickly kill it,
your health can most likely not take much more. There's Plasma Ammo in the
corner of the room, and Armor Shards and Rockets infront of the small stairs.
Head up the stairs, kill the Revenant that appears and grab the Med Kit and
Shells on the side. Two Z-Sec's will make everything harder than it should be,
so kill them quickly. As you get to the Ladder, a Vulgar will fall down and
attack you. Hard to not get damage, but do your best. Climb the ladder and
enter the door, turn left and head straight forward past the barrels and into
the door to the left. Recharge your health and Shutdown the Lifesupport by the
computer.

You will get a new Objective.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Experimental Teleporter
1: Experimental Teleporter - Take the Skywalk to the Phobos Labs
Experimental Teleporter
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Exit the door and head to the right, not back to the ladder. You will reach a
door called Skywalk in the end, so enter it and run through the nice looking
corridor into the other door. Open the Bay door and click on the Screen
to exit this long and hard level!

===================================
* Level 10: Phobos Labs 1 [3Pl1]  *
===================================

Exit the Elevator, and Dr. McNeil will contact you over the Radio, about the
whole place freaking out. Things are looking worse by the minute.

You get a new Objective.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Mission Objectives: Experimental Teleporter
1: Experimental Teleporter - Make your way to Delta Labs via
the Experimental Teleporter
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There's two boxes of shells to your left, and a body. There's also another body
near the door, so charge up your Artifact and prepare to head through the door.
Two Z-Secs and two Vulgars will soon come and attack you, so deal with the
two Z'Secs first and then play it as normal with the Vulgars. There's Plasma
Cells, Rockets and a Body infront of you, so grab what you need and head up
the stairs and into the door. The next room contains goodies, so first head
to the left, up the stairs and turn right to find Two clips, Rockets and a
Med Kit. Head back down to find Armor Shards, A PDA, Body and two Ammo Belts.
The PDA also contains a Voice Mail, so enjoy it for a change.

Head through the door the right, turn left and find Clip near the Body. Climb
down either ladder by the Tram to find the BFG!

Climb up, and head to the stairs. To the right of them there's a Ammo Belt
and a Med Kit behind some boxes, use the grabber if you need it. There is only
one way to go, into the red room to your right, so head over there. A Bruiser
will spawn infront of you, so activate Artifact, and kill him with one
shot from the Double Barrel. Quickly head left and another Bruiser will spawn
so kill him too while the effect lasts. Grab some Armor Shards by the stairs
and the Cells if you need and proceed forward, and another Bruiser spawns.
Use another charge of the Artifact and kill him. Head forward, and look behind
the two stacks of boxes. One has a Med Kit and a Ammo Belt, the other has a
body, Security Armor and Med Kit. Head back and turn right, the three boxes
by the wall has rockets nearby. Now head up the stairs and enter the door.
Four Z-Sec's will attack you from the room, so try to fight them one at a time
by pulling them back. After they are dead, head down the stairs, turn right
and look behind the crates for clip, Med Kits and a Body. Proceed forward
and you will meet one of the worst monsters if not taken out quickly, the
Arch-Vile. First of all, he has a Ground Flame Attack that hurts ALOT, and
secondly he can summon monsters! So activate the Artifact and kill him with
the double barrel before he can do much damage. When he is dead, back up to
refill some health with any med kits on the ground. Head forward, and activate
the Artifact if you like, because Two Revenants, one Z-Sec and three Vulgars
will spawn! My personal preference in this battle is to face them head on with
the Double Barrel, as it will kill each one with one hit. After they are dead
head forward to find Armor Shards and a Body. You should recognize this place!
There's only one way to go now, and that's the huge door that now is lit up,
so enter it, and quickly activate the Artifact, because a Bruiser spawns.
Do him good.

There are Shells and a Med kit to your left as you enter the room, Armor
Shards behind the crate to your right, A body to your left, Ammo Belt to
the right, and then head up the stairs. A med kit is in sight, but when you
get too close a Z-Sec will attack you from up on the stairs, so kill him.
Climb the stairs and two new Z-Sec's will come running, so deal with them any
way you want. Two Wraiths will spawn(The Teleporting Creeps) so use the
method I recommended in the Monster Part to take them out with no health lost.
(Basicly, kill them just as they are about to appear after teleporting).
Follow the path and turn left to see another Arch-Vile spawn! This time you
are at a serious disadvantage, do NOT take him head on. He'll use his flame
attack, so run back around the corner, wait a few secs and activate the
artifact. Now jump out of the corner and kill him good when he's unprepared.
Follow the path to the end and you will find Security Armor and Rockets. Head
back and three Wraiths will spawn after each other. Deal with them the safe
way and follow the path but turn left. You'll find a small cross shaped room,
so grab what you need in there, and head through the door to find the
Teleporter! A Revenant will spawn to your left and a Bruiser down at the
Teleport, so kill the Revenant first, and then try to head down the stairs.
Three Revenants will spawn after each other, so wait til they come up the
stairs and deal with them before taking on the Bruiser. If you need health,
there is a Med Kit by the Crate near the door you came in.
Activate the Artifact and kill the Bruiser. Head into the Control Room past
the Teleport, grab the Body, Shells and Grenades, refill health and save.
Scan for Active Pads, and a Bruiser will spawn by the Teleporter. Choose
PAD 1 Delta and activate the Artifact before you head out the door, and kill
the Bruiser, and run to the Teleporter and click it to exit the level!

=========================================
* Level 11: Delta Labs - Unknown [3DLU] *
=========================================

The start of this level is hard. Very hard. A Flaming Zombie will be to your
left, so kill him quickly. A Revenant will spawn and come to your left, take
him out. A Hell Knight will also spawn here, and several Forgotten Ones at
the same time. Do your best, activate the Artifact and just stay alive. It is
really hard. There are some cells and health by the control panel to your right
so grab what you need.
Two Packs of Rockets lie beneath a crushed man past the Teleporter, grab them
and and head along the path. Grab the Med Kits, Shells and Plasma Cells on the
floor before heading out the door. Pass the small room and head up the stairs
and a Revenant and two Skinny Zombies will come and get you. Kill them quickly
before they can take your health. You will need every inch of it. Head up the
stairs and a Burning Zombie comes toward you, so drop him. Head behind the
crates to find some Shells and Rockets, and then head out the door to the
left of the stairs you just climbed. Two Skinny Zombies will come after you
so kill them fast and enter the next door. A Hell Knight will appear to your
far left, so back up and let it come for you. Activate the Artifact and kill
him, back up into the room with the skeletons. A Revenant and a few Forgotten
ones will also appear in the room where the Hell Knight where, so try to
take them out as good as you can by luring them through doors. Finally, head
into the weird yellow effect near where the Hell Knight appeared.

You'll get teleported to another location in the Delta Labs, so when you arrive
quickly kill the burning zombie that comes! Also, recharge the artifact with
the body here. A Revenant and two Vulgar's will come, so quickly take them
out, your health can be a concern now so play it smart but brutal. Take the
left path, and enter the door for some much needed refill with Health and
Ammo! It's a good idea to save now. Head out the door and into the door at your
left. Charge your Artifact with the Body and grab the BFG Cell. Enter the
next door, two zombies will come from the left, take them out and go over to
where they came from and look behind some boxes for Plasma Cells and BFG Cells.
Go back to the entrance, and a Flaming Zombie will come from the stairs, a
Revenant will spawn close to you and another Zombie comes from your left. Kill
them quickly, the Double Barrel is the number one weapon here. Head down
the stairs, charge the Artifact with the Body and grab the shells, head back up
and turn right and enter the door with the Green Panel. A Whole bunch of
spiders will crawl toward you, and a Revenant will spawn by the door you came
out from. Try to use the grabber on the Spiders and kill the Revenant with your
preferred method. In the corner where the spiders came from there are Shells,
Med Kit and Plasma Cells. Enter the opening, and you'll see another weird
yellow effect, but three forgotten ones spawn so take them out first. Enter
the Weird Yellow Thing and you'll end up at another location. Charge your
Artifact with the body, and head behind the three computers to find
Two Med Kits and a BFG Cell! Saving your game is recommended, hopefully you
are now close to 100 Health. Take out your artifact and head into the opening
and a Hell Knight will spawn behind you. Quickly activate the artifact and kill
him before he can take away your nice new health. When he is dead, head back
down into the opening, and you'll meet a skinny Zombie to your right. Any way
he dies is a good way. He also leaves some nice shells in the room he came from
so don't feel guilty for taking them.

Follow the path until you reach the bigger room, and a Hell Knight will spawn
so back off, activate the Artifact and kill him safely. Now, head into the
kitchen, grab the PDA, recharge the artifact, grab Clips, Ammo Belt and
Health if you need it. The PDA only contains one mail, but it has the code to a
Storage Container! 634 is the code. Head along the path, take a right to grab
Rockets and Armor Shards, and head around the midsection to find a body and
some more Rockets. Only one door to go through so head through the one with
the green light. A Flaming zombie will see you, but he should not be able to
reach you before he's long gone. Head towards the operation table, and two
Vulgars will spawn. Kill them, and grab a Med Kit on the shelf if you need.
Take the left turn to find two Storage Lockers! Punch in the code you just got
and grab the delicious content.

Turn around and head straight forward, turn left and crouch under the flames
and the pipes. You'll hear a Zombie moaning and groaning, but he is on the
second floor, so don't worry about him. However, as you enter the room, a
Hell Knight and two Vulgar's will spawn, but a quick tap at the Artifact should
even the odds against them. After they are dead, locate the other door in here
and go through it. There are spiders in here, the first ones to your right.
Throw them a grenade to take out a few of them, then hunt down the rest. If
you get hurt, then backtrack to the place with the two lockers and the Med Kit
on the shelves by the operation table, and grab one if there's still any left.

Then, head back to the room where the spiders were and enter the door to your
left. To your right there are three Zombies, kill them. To your left there are
some Plasma Cells and a Med Kit! Now, head onto the lift and ride it up.

Recharge your Artifact with the body and enter the next door. Turn left, and
immediately turn left and throw a few grenades at the group of zombies while
backing up. Another zombie is to your left/infront of you, so let him have it
too. This should save some ammo and let you get away free. Head over to the
Control Center by the wall infront of you, and you will find a Security Armor.
Then, head past the Machine and into the small opening to find a door, enter it
and a Vulgar will come crawling. Kill it, follow the path and enter the next
door. To your left there is a small opening with some clips. As you proceed
into the room, two Revenants will spawn. If you want to play it safe, activate
the Artifact and take them out with minimal damage. There's now only one place
to go, and that's into McNeil's room, where you'll find another Yellow Effect,
which teleports you to a new location, the Main Teleporter.

Head up the stairs and grab the med kit to the left and approach the teleporter
to exit the level and enter Hell.

=========================
* Level 12: Hell [3HEL] *
=========================

This is it. The last place you wanted to go. Hell sure is looking hot today,
but you're packing so heat it up some more.

First, charge your artifact with the two bodies. Walk forward and Two
Cacodemons will spawn behind you. Let them have it! Turn back forward and
you will face two Wraiths, kill them. Then a Hell Knight Spawns, so either
use your Artifact or reflect his fireballs. After he is dead, three crappy
Cherubs will spawn, so take them out quickly! Phew. Proceed forward. Climb the
stones to your left to reach a Med Kit, head back to the main path. Some
Rockets will be waiting for at the right by the stones, to take them too if
you need them. Then head into the opening and proceed forward. Three
spiders will drop so take them out with the grabber to save ammo. Enter the
opening, and three Forgotten Ones will come after you. Take them down. Two
Cacodemons will come from the big room, so kill them as soon as possible, and
more monsters will come. Six Forgotten Ones will make their way toward you,
back up and take them out quickly. A Vulgar will also spawn in the room when
you enter it, but he should not be a problem. To the right there is a body you
can use to recharge your artifact. After that, follow the path to the Broken
Metal Gate and head past it. Two Hell Imps will come out from the darkness, so
kill them both, grabber is just as effective as anything else.
Take the right turn, and head towards the Fire pillar. Two Cherubs will spawn
so kill them both, and then grab the Ammo Belt, Med Kits and BFG Cell.

Save your game. The next place can be extremly hard depending on how many
bodies you have left and how much ammo you have. Several Hell Knights,
Hell Imps and Mancubus will spawn constantly, and you have to kill every last
of them in this small place. Use the Artifact and your Double Barrel to hunt
them down, or if you see several of them, consider using the BFG. Do not waste
BFG Ammo though, you'll need it so badly later on. There are some bodies you
can recharge your artifact with here too.

When you have finally taken everyone down, head into the green pillar. Grab
the Med kit on the floor, and proceed forward. A Forgotten will appear, but
he is piece of cake now. You'll come to an Intersection, Take the left to
reach a body to recharge your artifact with and watch out for the Forgotten
that tries to surprise you. Then head back and take the right, and several
Forgotten Ones will spawn. Use any means necessary to kill them all. Head down
to the lava, jump on the rocks to grab Med Kits and Armor and jump to the other
side. Turn right and head up the stairs, and two Wraiths will spawn. Kill them
without getting hurt, and a Mancubus will spawn in the distance. Use a Long
Range Weapon like the Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle or the Chaingun to end his
ugly face. Head into the hallway he was standing in and turn right to find a
freaky looking door. Enter it and immediately back up since a Hell Knight is
waiting right behind the door. Either grab his Fireballs or use the Artifact
to kill him, I would recommend the first. Enter the door he was standing
behind and proceed into the hallway. As you round the corner, another Hell
Knight appears! Reflect his fireballs and save all the ammo you can. In the
small room there's Rockets to your left and Grenades to your right, use the
grabber to reach them since they are on some rocks. Proceed around the corner
and two Wraiths will spawn. Take them out the safe way and continue.
As you round the corner to the left, three Cacodemons will appear! Use any
means necessary and take them down before going on. Carefully walk along the
ledge to your right and then proceed to the stone bridge. Cross it and turn
right, and two Vulgars will climb up. Give them a taste of their own medicine
and proceed. There's a Ammo Belt hidden behind some rocks to the right of the
opening, so grab it if you need it.

Head into the opening, and two Vulgars will start throwing their fireballs at
you. Its hard to reflect it back where you are standing, so lure them back out
to where you fought the last two and kill them. Then proceed back into the
tunnel and past it.

You'll reach a freaky looking place with lots of powerups. First, continue to
the right to find a Body and Med Kit. Then, head down to the center of the
room, grabbing all the powerups you can pick up.

Save your game. Don't just make a Quick Save, Save it properly, because at the
green portal, you'll encounter the final boss, and he is HARD. VERY HARD.

###############################################################################

FINAL BOSS: The MALEDICT

This guy is hard. After the cutscene, immediately dodge his huge flame attack.
Then, activate your Artifact, because you will need it. Fighting this battle
without it is near, if not impossible. Luckily, The Maledict is vulnerable to
your conventional weapons, so the grabber is not needed. Equip the BFG, and
when you see Betruger in your sight, charge and fire the BFG repeatedly.
After a while, he will change attack pattern, and start raining firestones on
you. Hopefully you have some Artifact Charges left, because now is your chance.
Activate a charge, and head to his throne where he is now standing still.
Unload all your BFG cells into him until he starts flying again. Repeat the
procedure and try to swap to your Rocket Launcher after a while. When you have
hurt him enough and you swap to your Rocket Launcher, a Cutscene will play..

###############################################################################

The Game is over, you have done it. You stopped Hell once more. The Short but
Almost Enigmatic Ending raises a few questions, so spend a few minutes enjoying
your sweet victory while thinking about the ending and enjoying the music.

Now try the game on a harder difficulty if you dare...This walkthrough will
still help you but it will be tougher.

--------------
Fists
--------------
You start with your trusty fists, but unfortunately they won't help you much.
They are weak, and there are quite alot of ranged monsters in the game. The
only time the fists is good, is when you get the Berserk Powerup for the
Artifact. The damage is then four doubled, and it can be used to easily kill
weaker enemies like Zombies and Imps.

--------------
Flashlight
--------------
You can use your flashlight to hit monsters, but this is only really useful
against Zombies, and even that should be a last resort. However, it will
instantly kill Forgotten ones if they are very close.

--------------
Pistol
--------------
Actually, the pistol is quite good. It might not be powerful, but its very
precise, and its easy to prickshot mobs from far away with it. You can pick off
alot of health from approaching monsters, and take out both Zombies, Forgotten,
Imps, Vulgars, Trites and other weaker monsters.

--------------
Shotgun
--------------
This single barrel shotgun works great on close range to one shot kill weaker
and normal monsters like Imps and Zombies, and it can also do quite good
damage to heavier monsters if you can get close enough.

--------------
Double Barrel Shotgun
--------------
This Beauty of a gun is a monster of a machine. It can easily take down almost
any monster in the game with one close up shot. Revenants fall like leaves
before it, and its also great to use against sudden attacks like Wraiths,
Vulgars, Pinkys and Cacodemons. In fact, it's very effective against all the
monsters, and will be your best friend from the moment you get it. With the
Berserk Powerup, it can kill every single monster apart from bosses with one
close up shot, even Bruisers, Hellknights and Mancubus.

--------------
Machine Gun
--------------
Sounds weak, but its quite practical against long distance mobs, especially
Z-Sec Zombies where headshots are more practical and other mobile targets like
Cacodemons and Forgotten.

--------------
Chain Gun
--------------
Starts slow, but is very powerful once it has spun up. it chews through most
enemies like butter, but it's easy to waste ammo and it's often more a risk
than worth it to wait for it to spin up while the monsters are approaching.
Still, when it starts pouring those bullets, nothing survives long.

--------------
Grenades
--------------
Very underrated. Against packs of mobs, the grenades work magic. Toss one into
a group of Zombies, and watch the whole bunch blow up. That's many bullets
saved, with only one grenade uesd. It can also be used to instant kill weaker
enemies like Imps, Z-Secs and Vulgars by throwing the grenade right at them,
since it will explode on impact with a monster. Highly underrated, very good
if you use them correctly.

--------------
Rocket Launcher
--------------
Packing alot of punch, this mobile Rocket Launcher cuts through every single
weak and normal monster like they were paper dolls. It's also a very nice
countermeasure to the heavy artillery mobs like the Hellknight and the Bruiser.
Way too slow and clumsy to deal with fast moving targets, so stick with the
slow and big ones.

--------------
Plasma Rifle
--------------
Just like the original Doom, this is a powerful weapon that handles both weak
and strong enemies without a sweat. Most weak enemies can be killed by a
controlled burst, while bigger enemies can be taken down with longer periods
of spamming plasma. Very effective for taking out weak enemies quickly, and
perfect for taking out the worst monsters like the Cherubs on a distance.

--------------
BFG
--------------
This Doomsday machine instantly kills most normal mobs, and does insane damage
to harder mobs. Charge it up to provide a even deadlier blast, but don't
charge it too long or it will explode, taking you with it. For a tricky
situation, or when you are surrouned by mobs and just don't feel like wasting
bullets, one quick charge with the BFG should pretty much clear the whole room.

--------------
The Artifact
--------------
Not really a weapon, but still accessed and used as one. This mysterious
Artifact can be powered up to grant the user three special powers:

-Slow Down Time
-Berserk Damage
-Invulnerability

It has three charges, each lasting about 15 seconds. When the three charges
are out, it must be recharged by feeding it human souls, easily accessible
almost everywhere. Don't feel too guilty, it's all for a good cause.

-------------------------
Zombie
-------------------------

Description:
The Normal, slow walking Zombie is far more rare in Resurrection of Evil
than in the original Doom 3. However, he still shows up sometimes, but often
he ends up being more of a comic relief, as the grabber can be used to
humiliate him by throwing closets and other fun objects at him til he dies.
Very little threat, even when outnumbered a quick blast with the
Double Barreled Shotgun will clear a whole group of them.

Recommended Weapons:
Grabber with Suitable Objects, Pistol, Shotgun

Tactics:
Have Fun with these guys, if you want to save ammo there's often
objects around the place which you can throw at them, but otherwise you can
just aim for their heads(The ones that got any) with the pistol and prickshot
them til they fall. If they get too close, use the Shotgun for an instant kill
that will take out a whole group of them.

-------------------------
Skinny Zombie
-------------------------

Description:
Naked, ugly and more lethal versions of the Zombies, these are not to be
taken too lightly. They can take more punishment than the normal zombie.

Recommended Weapons:
Machinegun, Chaingun, Shotgun

Tactics:
Treat them like any other Melee Monster. Kill them before they reach you.
Use Long Distance Precision weapons to take them down.

-------------------------
Burning Zombie
-------------------------

Description:
These angry Zombies are on fire! Bad news for you though, because it makes them
much faster and tougher than the normal ones.

Recommended Weapons:
Machinegun, Chaingun, Shotgun

Tactics:
These guys must be stopped before they reach you, so use a Long Distance weapon
to take them out before they get close. If they do, it's gonna get hot around
your ears.

-------------------------
Z-Sec Zombie
-------------------------

Description:
The SWAT Version of the Zombie, these Ex-Marines have much of their old sense
of Weapons and Tactics, and can become quite dangerous on higher difficulty.
They are skilled in using the Pistol, Machinegun and the Shotgun, and these
things really hurt, so take them out quickly.

Recommended Weapons:
Chaingun, Shotgun, Grenades, Plasma Rifle

Tactics:
Take cover when they are shooting, wait til they stop to reload,
and take them out as fast as possible. For Z-Sec's hiding behind objects,
you can try to throw a grenade, hoping for the best. Many times this will
flush out the Z-Sec from his hiding place causing him to reveal himself
and making him a target. If you can get close, one Shotgun blast is enough.

-------------------------
Bio Hazard Zombie
-------------------------

Description:
Mainly found in the Sewer Tunnels, these Zombies are slow moving and easy to
take out. They drop Oxygen Tanks when you kill them, which you need to survive
down there.

Recommended Weapons:
Chaingun, Shotgun

Tactics:
Easy kill, but don't waste too much time as the Oxygen is slowly
running out, that's why you should use a little more powerful weapon to kill
them fast.

-------------------------
Imp
-------------------------

Description:
The Grayish, Bug Eyed Agile Imps are less common in Resurrection of Evil than
they were in Doom 3, but they are still here. You'll recognize them by their
high pitched screams and the Orange Fireballs.

Recommended Weapons:
Grabber, Shotgun

Tactics:
The best way to deal with the Imps is using the grabber to reflect their
fireballs back at them. This will instantly kill them, and it also saves
alot of Ammo.

-------------------------
Vulgar
-------------------------

Description:
Grayish and just as agile as the Imps, these freakish looking beasts usually
spawns with a Blue Light, and they will quickly hurl Blue Fireballs at you.
If they get too close, they'll jump at you and attack you with their claws.

Recommended Weapons:
Grabber, Shotgun

Tactics:
Just like their Imp Brothers, the best way to deal with the Vulgar is using
the Grabber to Reflect their Blue Fireballs back at them, which will instantly
kill them. If they get close, quickly take them out with a shotgun blast.

-------------------------
Forgotten One
-------------------------

Description:
This is the new version of the Lost Soul. Instead of the human face, it's now
a burning skull, just like the original version.

Recommended Weapons:
Grabber, Pistol, Machine Gun

Tactics:
If there's only one of them around, wait for him to rush you and grab and
release him. It will instant kill him. If there's more, you might want to take
them out by precision shooting with the pistol, as only two shots are needed.

-------------------------
Spiders
-------------------------

Description:
The creepy looking white spider is back, but they are not half as many as
they were in Doom 3. They often pop up from corners or lower themself from
the ceiling, surprising you when you least expect it.

Recommended Weapons:
Grabber, Pistol

Tactics:
Very easy to kill. One tap with the Grabber will kill them, or else a few
pistol shots will do the trick. They are small so you'll need the precision.

-------------------------
Wraith
-------------------------

Description:
These half-imps are best recognized by their constant teleportation and their
claws. When they are hunting you, they teleport to your location, and try to
slash you.

Recommended Weapons:
Shotgun

Tactics:
The easiest and best way to take care of these monsters is using their
teleportation to your advantage. When you see them appear, run backwards
til you see them teleport and vanish, and then run towards the spot they
last disappeared. You'll see they attempt to teleport and become visible
again, but the second they are using to teleport back they are vulnerable,
so kill them with one single shotgun blast. Easy and Painless, but might
take some practice.

-------------------------
Pinky
-------------------------

Description:
Half Demon, Half Machine, this hulking beast has both strength and speed,
and is quite frightening as it charges towards you. Do not get close to him
unless you can put the barrel of your gun between his eyes and pull the
trigger fast enough.

Recommended Weapons:
Double Barreled Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle

Tactics:
He is fast and he is strong. If he gets you up in a corner, it will be very
hard to kill him, so you should focus on taking him out before he reaches you.
If you got room, then you can try to run up to his face as he charges towards
you and blow him up with the Double Barreled. This should do the trick. But if
you can't do it, take out your Rocket Launcher or Plasma Rifle to kill him
before he reaches you.

-------------------------
Cherub
-------------------------

Description:
One of the most dreaded monsters in Doom 3, this half Baby, half Bug thing
is both creepy and incredibly nasty. It is surprisingly fast, and can jump
at you from a long distance, shaking your view making it even harder to kill
the creep.

Recommended Weapons:
Preferably Precise Long Distance Weapons like the Machine Gun/Plasma Rifle.

Tactics:
Don't let it get get close, or you will get a problem. As soon as you see
these, focus on them. They cause far more trouble than many other monsters,
so killing them should be the first priority. Steady Aiming on a long distance
is the best way to go.

-------------------------
Commando Zombie
-------------------------

Description:
The top ranked Zombie Soldiers are powerful and lethal. There are two types,
The Chaingun version and the most infamous one with the tentacle arm.

Recommended Weapons:
Plasma Rifle, Double Barreled Shotgun

Tactics:
Take the Tentacle Zombie out before he even gets remotely close, or else
things will become nasty. Luckily there's not many of them in the
expansion, but be prepared for them. As long as you keep your distance
and focus your Plasma Rifle on him(If you have it), you will win. If he
comes close, bite the bullet and run straight up to his face and give him
a taste of the Double Barreled Shotgun.

The Chaingun is very nasty too. The trick is to have him running, since he
cannot do much damage then. Attract his attention, quickly hide behind a door
and wait for him. As soon as he opens the door, use the Double Barreled to
kill him before he can start shooting.

-------------------------
Cacodemon
-------------------------

Description:
Funny looking flying Meatballs who likes to fire energy balls at you. They
do not like tight spaces, so you'll mostly find these in open, big rooms.

Recommended Weapons:
Machine Gun, Chaingun, Plasma Rifle

Tactics:
Despite their mobility, they are easier to kill than they seem. They often
tend to fly around like drunk maniacs and sometimes charge at you, but
just dodge their Energy Balls and nail them with rapid fire weapons. Since
they move around a lot, slower weapons is not recommended, as you will most
likely miss more. All in all, not a big threat and compared to many of the
other monsters, these are usually a welcome sight(For monsters to be).

-------------------------
Revenant
-------------------------

Description:
A Skeleton with two shouldermounted Rocket Launchers and a knack for Close
Combat fighting, these maniacs will start appearing a little too often
during the end of the game.

Recommended Weapons:
Double Barreled Shotun, Plasma Rifle, Grenades, Rocket Launcher

Tactics:
There are several ways to fight these guys. If you feel lucky and want to
end them quickly, run up to their face and ignore one or two rockets that
might hit you, and take them out with one shot from the Double Barrel.
If you are on a visible distance with no good places to hide, the Plasma
Rifle is the best choice, as it can be used to both take out the Rockets
and to kill the Revenant quickly. If you don't have much space to fight
them, but corners and corridors to hide, you can use grenades. Lure the
Revenant towards you, quickly hide behind a corner and start throwing some
grenades into the place where the Revenant is coming. A Narrow hallway
means that the chance for a direct hit with the grenade is big, and the
risk of getting hurt is low.

-------------------------
Arch Vile
-------------------------

Description:
Thank god these freaks are far less common now, but you will still meet
them in the Expansion. They are less dangerous now, they cannot revive
monsters anymore, but they can summon lesser ones. It's a fair trade,
no longer can that Hellknight you just killed just pop back up along
with the Arch Vile.

Recommended Weapons:
All the strongest weapons you have

Tactics:
The only real tactics here is: "Kill it before it kills you". Not only
can it summon monsters, but it does also have a really nasty flame attack that
can be very hard to avoid. If there are several mobs around, go for the
Arch Vile first. No Exception. Leaving him alive long will make things worse
by the minute, and the battlefield will also be turned into a burning Inferno.
So no, pull out your strongest weapons and kill him immediately. The Double
Barreled Shotgun, Plasma Rifle, Rocket Launcher and BFG should all be
considered in a fight against him, if you want to get out with decent health.

-------------------------
Mancubus
-------------------------

Description:
A Fat, Pale and seriously ugly Demon, carrying two Rocket Launchers instead
of Arms. Takes a lot of punishment and delivers just as much too.

Recommended Weapons:
Plasma Rifle, Rocket Launcher

Tactics:
Unless you activates Artifact(Any Power will do), keep your distance to
him. His Rockets are fast and do alot of damage, so the best way to deal
with him is to use Shoot and Hide. Strafe into a corner out of his sight
and Rockets, then strafe back in and fire a few Rockets back or unload some
Plasma on him. After a while he will go down.

-------------------------
Bruiser
-------------------------

Description:
Looking like a hybrid between the Mancubus and the Hellknight, this monster
is huge, and he has a computer monitor for a mouth. He is easily recognized
because of his size.

Recommended Weapons:
Double Barreled Shotgun

Tactics:
There's simply only one tactics against him, to activate the Artifact and
go straight up into his face and kill him with the Double Barrel. You will
not face him before you have gained the Invulnerability Power, so you face
no risk doing so. Taking him head on without the Artifact on anything higher
than Recruit is suicide.

-------------------------
Hell Knight
-------------------------

Description:
The Biggest and Meanest looking of the normal monsters, The Hell Knight
could easily pass as a Boss by the sheer look of him. He fires bluegreen
fireballs at you which hurt quite alot and he hit insanely hard if he gets
too close.

Recommended Weapons:
Grabber, Plasma Rifle, Rocket Launcher, Double Barreled Shotgun

Tactics:
There are several good ways to defeat him. My Personal Favorite is using
the Grabber to reflect his fireballs. It can take from 3 to 5 hits,
depending on how well you hit him back. Charging the Fireballs and hitting
him straight on should take him down in three, otherwise 4-5.
Other than that, you could use Long Distance Artillery like the Plasma
and the Rocket Launcher. As long as he is on a distance he is no problem.
The Third way is to activate the Artifact after getting Berserk, and then
take him out with one shot from the Double Barreled.

-------------------------
BOSS: THE FIRST HUNTER
-------------------------

He looks much tougher than he is. I really hope you are getting used to
grabbing, aiming and shooting with the Grabber, because the only way to kill
this guy, is by grabbing the green plasmaballs that are shot out by the two
cannons on each side of the room, and firing at the Hunter. It will take
approx. four hits to kill him, and you'll notice he is hit when he screams.
Hang in there, and learn his teleportation pattern so that you can avoid him.
As a reward for defeating him, your artifact is now upgraded with the first
ability, Slowing Down Time. This will let you move as quickly as normally, but
everything else around you will slow down really much.

-------------------------
BOSS: THE SECOND HUNTER
-------------------------

The Second Hunter is a whole different game than the first one. He is fast and
hits really hard. To kill him, you'll need to attack the Orange Glowing Ball in
his Chest. Use the Slow Down Time Ability to make him as agile as a Turtle, and
unload your Chaingun into the ball. After some damage he will change and start
throwing fireballs at you. Dodge them and he will change back to hunting you,
so just repeat the procedure until he is dead. Easier said than done though,
he is hard until you can get the timings right.

-------------------------
BOSS: THE THIRD HUNTER
-------------------------

-------------------------
FINAL BOSS: THE MALEDICT
-------------------------

Here comes the complete e-mail transcripts from all the PDA's in the game, in
case you want to deepen yourself into the story while not playing the game.
They are absolutely a recommended read if you want to learn more about the
story of the game. Some of these PDA's are actually quite touching since they
show the life behind the dead bodies, the soldiers writing home to their
family but getting their mails bounced as the computer systems going haywire.

We've had an uncomfirmed security breach within the Artifact |
Storage sector of the Erebus complex. |
                                                                  |

Urgent attention is required! |

Captain, |
We've been seeing some weird things here in Erebus. |
The Scientists have been running around scared shitless. |
                                                                  |

With all the bodies to protect down here, I need some backup. Is |
there anyone left to send? |

Hang in there. I'm not sure what you've heard, but we should |

I understand that we are all under tremendous stress. While I'm |
sure we would all prefer a swift ticket home, the tast at hand is |
too important for us to give up on. |

The work that you and Dr. Kharkov have been undertaking is of |
extreme importance. Once this is all over with, you will be made |
fully aware of the impact your research has provided. |

Dr. McNeil, |
I appreciate the opportunity you've given me to work with you and |
our colleagues. |

However, I feel I would be better suited for a different |
environment. While the work here at Erebus Research is thoroughly |
intriguing, I can't help but feel.. isolated, detached. |
                                                                  |

I believe my skills would shine within a more normal office |
environment, perhaps back on Earth. |
                                                                  |

Honestly.. I'm going crazy here. |

I am bored out of my mind. I haven't fired a shot in anger for |
months! This Double Barrel Shotty in Sarge's office is taunting |
me. |

I'd love to get my hands on that thing. Reminds me of hunting |
back in Maine but I never bagged a bear as big as this one. |
                                                                  |

Anyway, any news on the latest duty roster? |

Hope all is well back home. Looking forward to seeing you in a |
couple of weeks. Sorry for missing your call, but I've been |
working overtime on a project for Dr. McNeil. |
From what I understand, it's been given top priority here at Site |

his openings! Hopefully the next round of recruits will actually |
pose a challenge. |

I'm going to get back to work. Maybe if I put in enough overtime |
they'll let me come home early. |

Please be courteous in the lounge when drinking the free soda in |
the refrigerator. UAC headquarters was kind enough to grant the |
research department shipments of free soda for all of us to share |
while working. Lately, I have noticed (And others have complained)|

after it has been restocked. Please limit yourself to one or two |
cans a day so there is enough for everyone. If this problem |

and everyone will have to use the vending machines. |

Thanks to those who ignored my last three emails regarding the |
conference room chairs, the chairs have now been bolted to the |
floor. I was serious when I said there was to be no horsing |
around on the swivel chairs and they were not to be taken out of |
the conference room. Come on guys, lets try and show a little more|
professionalism here. My appologies to those of you who took no |

the network traffic light is blinking like crazy. I think I may |
have a virus on my system. Could you please check it out when you |

Doom 3 had the Super Turkey Puncher, which was a really simple Mini-Game. In
Resurrection of Evil however, the Mini-Games have been updated! You can now
find three of them around the game, and each one is quite different. Just walk
up to a Arcade Machine that says the name of the game, insert credits and you
can then play.

Sarge's Big Game Hunt
Location: Erebus Labs, Sarge's Office
Information: The game is simple, but fun for a couple of minutes. You play as
Sarge, equipped with a weapon. Your purpose is to shoot down a bear hanging in
ballons. The bear goes up and down, and you will have to adjust the height of
the aim, and the strength of the shot. Then, it's firing time! Hit Fire and the
brave Sarge will attempt to shoot down the poor bear. You only have a limited
time to hit it, and you might have to readjust your aim and strength in order
to hit the bear. After five bears, the level increases, but the bear starts to
go up and down faster and faster. As far as I know, there are no limits, and it
can literally be played forever. It's fun for a little while though.

Hellanoid
Location: Erebus Control, Lounge
Information: This is the classic Breakout game! The goal here is to destroy
all the blocks by bouncing a ball between your moving pad and the blocks, while
racking up points and avoiding loosing the ball. There's only a few levels
that repeats themselves over and over, but its still kinda addictive.
You'll get Extraballs, and a powerup that gives you three balls instead of one,
making it much faster to complete the level.

Martian Buddy-Blaster
Location: Phobos Labs 2, Commons
Information: The goal of this game is to save the Martian Buddies that comes
flying towards you, while blasting the Meteor Stones and avoid hitting the
Buddies. You need to save an increasingly amount of Buddies for each level.
It's kinda fun to see how far you can go, but it isn't as fun as Hellanoid.

Hints
------------

-Know your Enemy. Learn how to deal with each enemy, learn what weapons works
best, how the monsters attack, speed and range.

-Save Ammo in the earlier parts of the game by using the Grabber to kill weaker
enemies like Zombies, Vulgars, Imps and Forgotten Ones. All of these can
be killed quite easily with the grabber. The Zombies require something to throw
at them, but most of the time you can find something.

-Save often. No matter what others tell you, replaying the last fifteen
minutes, especially if they are frustrating or hard, is usually not fun.
So, save your game before and after hard parts, or especially after you have
refilled your health and ammo. You should not save your game when you have
very little health left, as it might not be possible to continue without
getting hurt in some way.

-If you are running low on Ammo or Health, then backtrack to an earlier part
of the level where you found a Health Station or Ammo you didn't need at the
moment.

-Also, if you reach an area with ammo, and you can't pick it up because you
are full, then try to use the weapon with that ammo the next few areas, and
then head back to grab the Ammo you passed. That way you have never really
lost any ammo.

-The Single Barrel Shotgun still works great against weaker mobs, so consider
using that instead of the Double Barrel to save a shell.
