Virtual Villagers 4: The Tree of Life PC Cheats and Tips

Once the villager gets sticky, slowly (I meant it, real slow) drag them to the tree. While dragging, you can see butterflies fluttering around them. When you slowly reach the tree, drop the villager on the tree. They will wipe off the sticky sap on the bark and lo behold! You have finished puzzle 4!

First there aren't priests in vv only elders, masters of 3 skills. Second you can't have a funeral but you can have your villagers honor the dead by dropping them in the place they put the skeletons in.

You'll have to go to the main menu and press start over. There's no way to create more children if all villagers are the same sex. When choosing new villagers, try and choose one child, one nursing woman, a man or woman with a high healing skill level, a man or woman with a high research level, and a man or woman with a high building or farming level, but don't forget, don't let them all be the same sex! You need at least one man.

You need to drop a villager on the bush and also make their preferred job farming

You need lvl 2 construction (or whatever it's called) I think...then your villagers will start taking rocks out of the pit, when they are done...your new fruit cooking pit!
